The Clinical Effect Of Modified Neiyiting Recipe On Chronic Pelvic Pain Of Cold Dampness Stasis Type

Objectives:To observe the clinical efficacy of jiawei neiyiting prescription in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain caused by cold dampness and stasis;By comparing the changes of serum CA125,il-6 and complement C3 and C4 levels before and after treatment,the correlation of immune inflammation in chronic pelvic pain was discussed.This paper elucidates the mechanism of treating chronic pelvic pain by the intervention of modified endotoxin in the pelvic microenvironment,and provides new ideas and methods for guiding the clinical treatment of this disease and preventing the development of the disease.Methods:From November 2018 to January 2020,60 patients with TCM syndrome diagnosed as cold and wet stasis syndrome and chronic pelvic pain diagnosed by western medicine were selected from the gynecology clinic of jiangsu provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with guizhi poria cocos capsule orally,and the control group was treated with guizhi poria cocos capsule orally.The drug was stopped during menstruation in both groups and treated for 6 menstrual cycles.Pelvic pain,associated concomitant symptoms,gynecological examination,serum CA125,il-6 and C3 and C4 levels of complement in the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:1)after treatment,the pelvic pain degree,TCM syndrome score and physical sign score of the two groups were significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.2)after treatment,the levels of CA125 and il-6 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.After treatment,the serum complement levels of C3 and C4 in the two groups gradually increased and returned to normal.Compared with before treatment,both groups showed significant improvement,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.3)after treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was 90%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the curative effect of TCM syndrome,the effective rate was 93.3%in the treatment group and 83.3%in the control group.Compared with the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate was 83.3%in the treatment group and 70%in the control group.The diffrence between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Flavored within different stop party treat type cold dampness and blood stasis resistance have certain clinical curative effect of chronic pelvic pain,compared with those of cassia twig tuckahoe capsule in improving patients with pelvic pain,associated with symptoms,signs,serum CA125,IL-6 and so on C3 and C4 level has certain advantages,and drug use during treatment,there was no adverse reaction,has the high security,is worth further research and application in the clinical practice.
