A Clinical Research Of Zuogui Pill In Treating Postmenopausal Osteoporosis With Deficiency Of Liver-Yin And Kidney-Yin

Objective:To explore the knowledge of Chinese medicine on postmenopausal osteoporosis,use Zuogui pill to treat postmenopausal osteoporosis with liver-kidney-yin deficiency syndrome,and evaluate Zuogui pill for postmenopausal osteoporosis with liver-kidney-yin deficiency.The treatment effect of the patients was verified,and its safety was verified,which provided a basis for the prevention and treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis by Chinese medicine.Methods:In this paper,50 cases of postmenopausal osteoporosis with liver,kidney,and yin deficiency syndromes that met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group by computer software.Caltrate D combined with calcitriol soft(Gai Sanchun)capsules,the patients in the treatment group were treated with oral calcium Caltrate D combined with Zuogui Pill,all taking 3 months as a course of treatment,and the clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups were compared and evaluated before and after treatment Bone Mineral Density(BMD),serum calcium(Calcium,Ca),phosphorus(Phosphorus,P),estradiol(Estradiol2,E2),and testosterone(T).Results:There were no statistically significant differences in baseline data such as age,duration of disease,and symptoms before treatment between the two groups,and the data of the two groups were comparable(P>0.05).The results of the study are as follows:(1)Efficacy of the disease:After treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 88%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 56%.The efficiency of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.There was a statistical difference between the two groups,P<0.05.(2)Symptom points:The control group had statistical differences in back pain,total symptoms,and main symptoms before and after treatment,P<0.05,and there was no statistical difference in waist and knee weakness and tinnitus,P>0.05;The treatment group had significant statistical differences in lower back pain,lower back and knees,tinnitus,total scores of major symptoms,and total scores of major symptoms,P<0.01.After treatment,the treatment group and the control group had significant statistical differences in low back pain,waist and knee tenderness,tinnitus,total symptoms score,and total symptoms score,P<0.01.(3)BMD:BMD in the control group increased after treatment,which was statistically different from that before treatment,P<0.05;BMD in the treatment group was significantly increased after treatment,which was significantly different from that before treatment,P<0.01.There was a significant statistical difference in BMD between the two groups after treatment,P<0.01.(4)Serum calcium and phosphorus:After treatment,serum calcium and phosphorus were significantly increased in the two groups,and there was no statistical difference between them,P>0.05.The serum calcium and phosphorus of the two groups increased after treatment,and there was a statistically significant difference compared with that before treatment,P<0.05.(5)Estradiol and testosterone:E2 in the control group increased after treatment,which was statistically different from that before treatment,P<0.05;E2 in the treatment group was significantly increased after treatment,and there were significant statistics compared to before treatment.The difference between the two groups was P<0.01;there was a significant statistical difference in E2 between the two groups after treatment,P<0.01.Compared with the control group,the treatment group T had significant statistical difference after treatment,P<0.01.There was no statistical difference in the control group after treatment compared with that before treatment,P>0.05;the treatment group after treatment was significantly reduced after treatment,and there was a significant statistical difference compared with before treatment,P<0.01.Conclusion:From the analysis of the preliminary clinical research,Zuogui Pill can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis and liver-yin deficiency syndrome,improve blood calcium and phosphorus,and improve bone density and sex hormone levels.Obvious clinical adverse reactions,safe and effective treatment of this disease,have broad prospects,and deserve further research.
