| Objective: Explore the curative effect of treating osteoporosis(Kidney deficiency blood stasis symptom)with Zuoguiwan and Huoluoxiaolingdan..In order to explore more effective Chinese medicine treatment to improve the life and overall prognosis of osteoporosis patients.Methods:Select the 70 cases of patiens who were treated between May 2017 to November 2018 as the observation objects.They were all met the inclusion criteria and from the outpatient and inpatient of our hospital third department.The cases were numbered according to the order of admission and the 70 patients who met the study criteria were divided into the control group and the observation group with 35 cases each with random,.The control group was treated with alendronate sodium and calcic D,and the observation group was treated with Zuoguiwan and Huoluoxiaolingdan on the basis of the treatment measures of the control group,with the treatment period of 1 month.The total score of TCM syndromes,VAS score of low back pain,blood calcium,alkaline phosphatase and lumbar vertebra density of the two groups before and after treatment were measured respectively.Results:The effective rate of TCM syndrome in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scoreof the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in serum calcium and alkaline phosphatase level between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).After treatment,there was no significant change in lumbar BMD between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of patients with osteoporosis(kidney deficiency and blood stasis symptom)by Zuoguiwan and Huoluoxiaolingdan has a definite clinical effect,which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and pain,and is worthy of clinical promotion... |
