Clinical Effect Observation Of Modified Zuogui Pills In The Treatment Of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis With Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Modified Zuogui Pills in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis patients.By observing the bone mineral density,bone metabolism level,biochemical indexes and pain score before and after the treatment,the result of the tests were analyzed by scientific statistical method.MethodsThe subjects of this study were 120 PMOP patients who received treatment at the osteoporosis clinic of the othopaedic center of our hospital between January 2017 and January 2019.All the patients met the inclusion criteria of this study,and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.There were 60 cases in the treatment group and 60 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with calcium and ossified triol,while the treatment group was treated with Modified Zuogui Pills on the basis of the control group,and the treatment cycle was 24 weeks.Before and after the treatment,BMD,pain score,bone gla protein?BGP?,1,25-?OH₂?D₃,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,fibrinogen,erythrocyte aggregation index,plasma viscosity and other indicators were statistically analyzed by SPSS19.0.ResultsAfter 24 weeks of treatment,both the treatment group and control group had improved significantly in BMD,BGP,1,25-?OH₂?D₃,TCM syndrome score,pain score,blood sedimentation,fibrinogen,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index than before treatment significantly improved?P<0.05?,and that the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group?P<0.05?.ConclusionThe effect of Modified Zuogui Pills combined with calcium and ossified triol in the treatment of PMOP is better than that of calcium combined with ossified triol,which improves the living quality of the patients.The combination of traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern medical theory has unique advantages in treating PMOP.
