| OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical curative effect of modified Yougui pill treatment in osteoporosis and to compare the treatment of osteoporosis with Zhenmu Shengu Capsule,and to elucidate the mechanism of Yougui pill in treatment of osteoporosis.Moreover,we discuss the shortcomings and deficiencies of traditional Chinese medicine in osteoporosis,enriching the clinical treatment of osteoporosi.Methods:Methods:This study was conducted under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment and holistic concept,and meticulously study the clinical curative effect of Yougui pills and Zhenmu Shengu Capsule that added to the patients with osteoporosis of deficiency of the liver and kidney.Patients who met the inclusion criteria(60 subjects)were randomly divided into treatment group(30 patients)and control group(30 patients).Treatment group were given Yougui pills dialectical treatment,which is 1 pill each time,2 times a day in Morning and at evening taking with warm water.The control group was given Zhenmu Shengu Capsule for taking 1 table each time,3 times a day.To take two consecutive months,we observe the patient’s condition.Before the beginning of the observation test,each patient’s clinical symptoms and bone mineral density fluctuations were recorded in detail,and the recovery rate of the patients after the treatment and the rebound of TCM symptoms in the six months after the treatment were counted.Results:the recorded data indicated that there were no significant differences in clinical symptoms and bone mineral density before and after the observation,suggesting that the two groups were of great comparability.The treatment group and the control group were treated respectively with modified Yougui pills or Zhenmu Shengu capsule after 3 months,then detailed records of each patient clinical symptoms,bone mineral density fluctuations.The data indicated that after the observation test,the clinical symptoms varied greatly,statistically significant,and there was no significant difference in the change of bone mineral density.Conclusion:On the basis of the analysis we can speculate that modified Yougui pills and Zhenmu Shengu Capsule treatment have a certain effect on patients with osteoporosis of deficiency of the liver and kidney,and the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group.However,the two drugs have a certain dropout rate,and the patients who have lost their follow-up are all patients with severe osteoporosis.We can speculate that the effect of modified Yougui Pills or Zhenmu Shengu capsule treatment alone is poor for the treatment of severe osteoporosis with poor results,therefore,for the treatment of severe osteoporosis patients,it should be combined with medication and other auxiliary treatment.We have simply discuss the drug mechanism of Yougui pills treatment of osteoporosis is discussion sections,analyzed on the prescription and dosage form used in this study,and think for osteoporosis TCM symptom score toward the traditional Chinese medicine.Finally,we puts forward the deficiency of this observation,and affirm the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoporosis. |
