Objective:This topic aims to make the biceps short head injury secondary to the biceps tendon inflammation model,to observe the biceps short head injury after the biceps long head tendon of the change of the morphology and the related immune factors,explore the biceps short head injury in the late development of biceps tendinitis experimental basis,to provide human anatomical bowstring mechanics system theory in acupotomology laboratory research foundation.Explore the needle knife to subsequent biceps tendinitis treatment curative effect and its mechanism,for the needle knife provide theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of chronic soft tissue injuries.Methods:After 1 week of adaptive feeding of 50 rats,50 rats were randomly divided into blank group,model 1 group,model 2 group,electroneedle group,needle group,10 per group.The total duration of the experiment was 8 weeks,the first 4 weeks of the model group,acupuncture group and needle group rats unified modeling,from the5 th week of treatment.Blank group,conventional feeding,do not do any treatment,the rest of the group are given the "Type Ⅰ collagenase combined running table movement" method to establish a secondary biceps tendonitis model.Step 1: Collagenase injection.After putting on a special rat suit,the front of the rat’s shoulder is skinned.The rat is then fixed to the rat plate and injected with20ul(0.015 mg/ul)collagen solution into the tendon of the lower biceps.Step 2: Centrifugation motion.Place the rat on the electric running platform and gradually increase the speed to 17m/min for a 60min-17 o downhill run.Model 1 group after the start of the mold,model 2 group after the start of the mold 4 weeks,the fifth week of the electric needle group began electro-needle treatment,once a day,a total of treatment in January.The specific operation method is to fix the rat on the mouse table,when fixed action to be light,as little as possible to the rat stimulation.Referring to the human increase in the core,distribution of collagen Fiber Arrangement;promiscuous;a large number of visible capillary hyperplasia and inflammatory cells to soak.The Pin and Pin knife after the level:model group of rats,organizations IL-1 β level,the level of IL-6,MGF levels are higher than normal contrast group,there is a very significant statistical differences(P<0.01);the pin and pin knife set of mouse muscle organization IL-1 β level,the level of IL-6,MGF levels are below the model group of rats,the contrast between groups have a very significant statistical differences(P<0.01);pin knife set of mouse muscle organization IL-1 β level,the level of IL-6,MGF levels are below the pin group,there is a very significant statistical differences(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Using the "method of collagenase injection combined with centrifugal movement" to make secondary biceps tendinitis rats model success possible,needle knife therapy and cupping treatment secondary biceps tendinitis and effective,and the curative effect is superior in terms of needle knife.2.The needle knife and cupping treatment mechanism and related to the regulation of inflammatory factors and mechanical factors,needle knife for more effective regulation of inflammatory factors and mechanical factors.3.The needle knife therapy secondary biceps oil needle knife and the mechanism of tendinitis biological force regulating the release of soft tissue.
