Objective: To explore and study the clinical efficacy of Qingre Pinggan Granules in the treatment of children with tic disorder with hyperactive liver and wind.Research Method : Sixty children with tic disorders that met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. The treatment group was given Qingre Pinggan granules orally, and the control group was given Tianma Gouteng granules orally. One course of treatment lasted for one month. After one course of treatment, the clinical efficacy of qingrepinggan granule in the treatment of children with hyperactive liver syndrome was evaluated by the score of the Yale scale, the total efficacy and the score of TCM syndromes.Results:1.The Yale scale scores and TCM symptom scores of the two groups before and after treatment were significantly different(p <0.05),indicating that both groups have significant effects in treating tic disorders in children.2.After treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of Yale symptom total tic score and vocal tic score(p> 0.05),indicating that the two groups were equivalent in improving total tic score and vocal tic score. The improvement of exercise tic score(p <0.05)showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving exercise tics score.3.There was no significant difference in the improvement of TCM symptom scores between the groups after treatment(p> 0.05),indicating that the effect of improving TCM symptom scores was comparable. In terms of improving TCM syndrome scores and TCM syndrome scores, there was a significant difference between the two groups(p <0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving TCM syndrome scores and TCM syndrome scores.Conclusion:1.Qingre Pinggan Granules has a significant effect on children with TD liver hyperactivity and wind-moving type, and the overall effect is better than Tianma Gouteng Granules.2.The effect of Qingre Pinggan Granules on the improvement of TCM syndrome total points and secondary syndrome points is better than Tianma Gouteng Granules.3.The effect of Qingre Pinggan Granules on improving exercise tics is better than Tianma Gouteng Granules.4.Qingrepinggan granules showed no adverse reactions in the treatment of tic disorders.
