Research On The Status Quo And Influencing Factors Of Clinical Nurses' Tasks In Jilin Province

Objective: To understand the current status of clinical nurses ' work tasks in Jilin Province through questionnaire surveys,and analyze the factors influencing the clinical nurses' work tasks,with a view to exploring the advanced work task standards for nurses with different titles in different grades of hospitals,in order to establish nurses 'professional development that matches the clinical Order standard to find evidence to support.Methods: According to the National Health and Planning Commission's Talent Exchange Service Center's sampling requirements for medical institutions surveyed in various provinces,stratified random sampling was used.Four types of nine medical institutions were selected in Jilin Province,with a total of 784 nurses as the research objects.The "National Health and Planning Commission Talent Exchange Service Center · Nurse Work Task Questionnaire" was used for investigation,and 770 questionnaires were actually recovered.EpiDate 3.1 was used to establish the database,and spss 19.0 was used for statistical analysis.After the normality test,the general information of the surveyed object,the frequency of execution of each task,the importance evaluation of each task and the comprehensive evaluation score are statistically described.Statistical description of the general data of the surveyed object by frequency and composition ratio;the execution frequency,importance evaluation and comprehensive evaluation score of each dimension of the work task are described by ?x±S;the relationship between the execution frequency of the nurse's work task and the importance evaluation Pearson correlation analysis was used;single factor analysis of variance was used to compare the differences in the execution frequency and importance evaluation scores of different dimensions of hospitals,nurses with different titles,and different educational backgrounds;for variables with statistical significance in single factor analysis,further The LSD test method was used for pairwise comparisons between groups,both of which were two-sided tests,with P<0.05 being considered statistically significant.Result:1.The 8-dimension dimension of the most frequently executed task is “ Guarantee Patient Safety”(3.87±1.21),the lowest-dimension dimension is “Meeting the basic needs of patients”(2.45±1.23);the dimension with the highest importance evaluation score is“ Guarantee patient safety ”(3.67 ± 0.53),the dimension with the lowest importance evaluation score is“other tasks”(3.37±0.71);the dimension with the highest comprehensive evaluation score is “guarantee patient safety”(14.59±5.30),and the lowest comprehensive evaluation score The dimension is "meeting the basic needs of patients"(8.75±5.10);the frequency of clinical nurses' task execution is significantly positively correlated with the importance evaluation(P <0.01).2.The results of analysis of variance showed that the differences in the execution frequency and importance evaluation scores of different dimensions of hospital nurses' work tasks in different dimensions were statistically significant(P <0.05);the execution frequency and importance evaluation scores of nurses with different titles in various dimensions The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);the differences in the execution frequency and importance evaluation scores of work tasks of nurses with different educational backgrounds in all dimensions were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.The core of clinical nursing work of 9 medical institutions in 4 categories in Jilin Province in this survey focuses on drug treatment activities,and the relative importance of health guidance,communication and other dimensions of work tasks is relatively inadequate,and humanistic care for patients is ignored.2.The frequency and importance of the evaluation of clinical nurses 'work tasks in 9medical institutions in 4 categories in Jilin Province in this survey are positively correlated,that is,the higher the frequency of clinical nurses' work tasks,the more important the nurses are to their work The higher the sexual evaluation.3.The main factors affecting the frequency and importance of clinical nurses' task execution are job titles,hospital grades,and academic qualifications.4.The job frequency and importance evaluation of nurses with different titles in different grades of hospitals are different.Therefore,different grades of hospitals should formulate different advanced evaluation standards according to the actual work of nurses,and give full play to the advantages and roles of nurses with different titles in different grades of hospitals It is also conducive to the stability of talents.
