Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea With Congbai Powder

Objective: The main purpose of this study is to study the clinical effect of Congbai powder in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea(cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome).The main purpose is to observe the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea(cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome)with Congbai powder and Shaofu Zhuyu Granule,a Chinese patent medicine,respectively.The improvement of symptoms and signs before and after treatment in the comparative treatment group and the control group is to verify the feasibility,safety and effectiveness of Congbai powder To further explore the clinical effect of Congbai powder on the diagnosis and treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods:From December 2018 to December 2019,a total of 72 gynecological outpatients from Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese medicine were selected,and all patients met the criteria of TCM and Western medicine diagnosis.According to the time sequence of the patients,they were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,36 in each group.Among them,7 cases were dropped out because of the patients' personal or family reasons,and the patients were not followed up on time or stopped the medication on their own during the course of treatment,3 cases were dropped out in the treatment group,4 cases in the control group,33 cases in the final treatment group and 32 cases in the control group.The treatment group was given Congbai powder plus and minus traditional Chinese medicine preparation,and the control group was given Shaofu Zhuyu Granule,a traditional Chinese medicine,orally.Results:After treatment,the total syndrome score and VAS score of the patients with Congbai powder plus and minus traditional Chinese medicine preparation and Shaofu Zhuyu granules are reduced to a certain extent.The two drugs have a certain effect on the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome,and the clinical effect of Congbai powder plus and minus traditional Chinese medicine preparation is better than Shaofuzhuyu granules.In the treatment group,6 cases were cured,15 caseswere effective,8 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was87.8%;in the control group,3 cases were cured,7 cases were effective,16 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 81.3%.Through the observation of the treatment process and results of 65 patients,there were no adverse reactions and side effects such as fever,nausea and vomiting.Conclusion:Congbai powder and Shaofu Zhuyu Granule,a Chinese patent medicine,can achieve good results in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of the type of cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome,but the clinical effect of Congbai powder is more significant,which opens up a new way for the diagnosis and treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of the type of cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome.
