Objective:Through regular health education for patients with chronic kidney disease stage 2-4 who are not on dialysis, and evaluation of the effect of health education,in order to better serve the majority of patients, and to a certain extent delay the time when patients enter end-stage kidney disease. Methods:In this study,SF-36 scale was distributed to all patients. Before the patients filled in the scale, they were informed of the filling method of the scale and the need to fill in the scale according to the patients' own objective and actual conditions. The completed scales were converted into corresponding scores through formulas, and the scores of all dimensions were counted through SPSS medical statistical software. Some of the patients were included in the health education group. After 8 months of health education and management, the scores of SF-36 life scale of all patients were counted again, and the differences of kidney disease related test indexes between the health education group and the patients without health education were counted. Results:In this test,a total of 80 patients with chronic kidney disease stage 2-4 who were not dialyzed were included. All patients completed SF-36 scale,3 patients had incomplete data,3 patients entered hemodialysis within one month after entering the group, and a total of 74 patients entered the test.Judging from the scores of the collected scales,it can be observed that the highest score is physiological function(61.69 ± 10.83)and the lowest is emotion(41.42±16.40)in all dimensions of patients' overall quality of life.Forty patients were randomly selected and assigned to health education group.two patients were rejected because they did not agree to participate in health education and follow-up visits.one patient was rejected because he entered hemodialysis within one month after follow-up.among the 37 patients included in health education, after health education, the patients showed significant improvement in physiological and psychological health, with better improvement in creatinine value, urea nitrogen, systolic blood pressure, hemoglobin, etc.(p< 0.05).There was no significant improvement in parathyroid hormone level, diastolicpressure and pretest(p>0.05).It shows that health education can improve renal function to some extent. There were significant differences in physiological function, vitality, social function and emotion between the two groups(p<0.05)compared with those who did not join health education. There were significant differences in creatinine, urea nitrogen, systolic blood pressure and hemoglobin between the two groups(p<0.05),which showed that the health education group was significantly lower than the control group in creatinine, urea nitrogen and systolic blood pressure. In hemoglobin value, the health education group was higher than the control group. However, there was no significant difference in parathyroid hormone level and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(p>0.05).Conclusion:The quality of life of non-dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease stage 2-4 is affected by a variety of factors, especially psychological factors.Health education can effectively improve the psychological state and quality of life of patients, and to a certain extent improve the renal disease-related laboratory indicators of patients, which is worthy of promotion clinically.
