| Purpose:By investigating the outpatients' quality of life in the Department of Nephrology,Liaoning Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the positive effects of multidisciplinary health education on improving the quality of life of patients with chronic kidney disease were analyzed by using the Internet.The problems raised by patients were analyzed.Kidney disease patients develop strategies to enhance patient awareness of relevant knowledge.Method:KDQOL-SFTM was used to evaluate the quality of life of Professor Ma Xiaoyan's outpatients.63 patients who had completed the first questionnaire were randomly divided into two groups: experimental and control group.The experimental group received ultidisciplinary health education except TCM dialectical treatment.The control group was treated only by TCM and followed up for 15 months.Two groups conducted a second questionnaire survey.The results were scored and SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used to complete the data analysis.Through the QQ group for patients,we answer questions to analyze their problems,to understand the concerns of patients,combined with clinical treatment guidelines,and foreign multidisciplinary team preaching strategies to develop the content of the preaching.Results:The results of KDQOL-SFTM study showed that the quality of life of patients with chronic kidney disease treated with conventional Chinese medicine combined with health education was significantly improved compared with that before treatment.Compared with the control group,the experimental group had obvious advantages Mental summary score,Vitality,Role emotional,Mental health,Burden of kidney disease,Cognitive function,Quality of social interaction,sleep,and overall health assessment dimension score.Statistical analysis;QQ group problem analysis showed that patients in the "cold","diet","laboratory tests","a variety of kidney disease diagnosis and treatment methods","lifestyle" and "anxiety and depression" and other questions troubled.Conclusion:TCM syndrome differentiation and multidisciplinary health education have a positive effect on the quality of life of patients with chronic kidney disease in stage 1-2.The theory of " Huang di's Canon of Medicine" and the quality of life have a natural connection,which is an important theoretical basis for multidisciplinary health education by the Internet platform.QQ patients in the group of questions raised by the analysis,the patient in the "cold","diet","laboratory test","a variety of kidney disease diagnosis and treatment methods","anxiety and depression","lifestyle" Troubled,and thus focus on missionary,in order to facilitate the rehabilitation of CKD. |
