Objective: The topic is a clinical research on the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome)with Sanren decoction and Shengjiang powder,a classic traditional Chinese medicine prescription.The research belongs to the research field of spleen and stomach diseases in Chinese medicine.Through the clinical research of this trial,the clinical efficacy and safety of Sanren decoction and Shengjiang powder are verified,which will provide new ideas and new methods for the clinical treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome)in the future.Methods: A total of 72 patients who were diagnosed with chronic non-atrophic gastritis(spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome)in the expert clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to November 2020 were collected.After joining the group,they were divided into the treatment group and the control group with 36 cases each using a randomized controlled test method.During the experiment,4 patients fell off,and finally 34 patients were enrolled in the treatment group and 34 patients were enrolled in the control group.They were treated with Sanren decoction and Shengjiang powder in the treatment group and Sanjiu Weitai Granules in the control group for 4 weeks/course of treatment.After the treatment,the difference in TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment and the difference in gastric mucosal scores under gastroscopy were analyzed statistically,and safety assessment was carried out at the same time.Results:(1)Comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups of patients after treatment: After treatment,the effective rate was 91.18% in the treatment group and73.53% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);after treatment,the individual symptom scores of the diagnosis pain,the stick and bitter mouth,the sticky and stiff stool,the hot abdomen,the loss of appetite,nausea,heavy and sleepy feeling in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of gastric mucosal scores under gastroscope between the two groups after treatment: After treatment,the effective rate was 82.35% in the treatment group and64.71% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);after treatment,the gastric mucosal score of the treatment group improved significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Safety assessment: After the end of the clinical trial,the safety indicators of the two groups of patients were tested,and the results found that: the safety indicators of the two groups of patients did not have any significant abnormal changes compared with before treatment,and the patients in the treatment group and the control group were treated with therapeutic drugs.There were no adverse reactions and side effects.Conclusion: Sanren decoction and Shengjiang powder has a good clinical effect in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome),and it can effectively improve the Clinical symptoms of the diagnosis pain,the stick and bitter mouth,the sticky and stiff stool,the hot abdomen,the loss of appetite,nausea,heavy and sleepy feeling,etc,and it can effectively improve gastric mucosal erythema,erosion,bleeding and other manifestations under gastroscopy.It is beneficial to the treatment of the disease and has high safety.It is Worthy of clinical promotion.
