Clinical Observation Of Wenzhongyunpi Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis

Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of wenzhongyunpi decoction on chronic non-atrophic gastritis(cag).Methods: a random number table was used to divide the 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria of this study into the control group and the observation group,30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole,while the observation group was treated with wenzhong yunpi decoction.Record the observation indexes: after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptom scores,syndromes,gastroscopy and pathological effects,clinical efficacy,safety evaluation and follow-up of 3 months of the forward curative effect,by comparing the differences before and after treatment of integral to evaluate wen yun spleen decoction of chronic atrophic gastritis in the clinical curative effect of spleen deficiency cold syndrome.Results: 1.Comparison of symptom scores: significant difference was found between the two groups after treatment and before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,significant differences were found between the observation group and the control group in epigastric pain,temperature-loving and pressure-loving,and tepid limbs(P<0.05),while there was no difference between the two groups in fatigue and fatigue,chills and chills,and loose stools symptom scores(P>0.05).2 comparison of endoscopic and pathological efficacy: the effective rate of treatment in the control group was 76.66%,while that in the observation group was86.67%(P<0.05).3.Comparison of efficacy of TCM syndromes: the therapeutic efficiency of the control group was 76.66%,while that of the observation group was 93.33%(P<0.05).4.Comparison of total clinical efficacy: the effective rate of 70.00% in the control group was significantly different from that in the observation group(P<0.05).5.Safety comparison: no obvious abnormalities were found in general physical examination,routine blood sampling examination and electrocardiogram between the two groups during the treatment,but there were a total of 11 cases of adverse reactions in the included patients,including 2 cases in the observation group and 9 cases in the control group(P<0.05).6.Follow-up: the two groups were followed up three months after the treatment,and significant differences were found in the control group(3.86±1.53)and the observation group(3.86±1.53)after the treatment through clinical symptom scores(P<0.05).Conclusion:1 wenzhongyunpi decoction has certain curative effect in the treatment of all clinical symptoms of CNAG spleen and stomach deficiency and cold syndrome,and has advantages in the treatment of epigastric pain,temperature-loving and temperature-loving pressure,and limb hypothermia.2.Wenzhongyunpi decoction can effectively reduce gastric mucosal inflammation in patients with spleen and stomach deficiency and cold syndrome of CNAG.3.Through overall observation,wenzhongyunpi decoction has definite clinical efficacy,high safety and stable long-term efficacy in the treatment of CNAG spleen and stomach deficiency and cold syndrome,so it is worthy of promotion and application.
