Clinical Observation Of Yiyou Decoction Combined With Quadruple Therapy In The Treatment Of Hp-related Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis With Spleen And Stomach Damp-heat Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Yiyou Decoction combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of Spleenstomach dampness-heat syndrome of Hp-related non-atrophic gastritis?Methods:Seventy eligible patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,respectively,to receive yiyou decoction combined with bismuth agent quadruple therapy and bismuth agent quadruple therapy,and to follow up regularly and fill in the evaluation form of efficacy,and to review the 14 C expiratory test 4 weeks and half a year after the end of treatment.To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of yiyou decoction combined with bismuth in treating the dampness-heat syndrome of spleen and stomach in hp-associated chronic non-atrophic gastritis.Results:1.Hp eradication rate: the eradication rate of treatment group was93.75%,while that of control group was 93.55%.There was no significant difference in Hp eradication rate between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.Therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate was96.9% in the treatment group and 71.0% in the control group.The results of rank sum test showed that there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).3.The total effective rate of stomachache in the treatment group wasbetterr than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of Stomach bloating in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Comparison of secondary symptom efficacy: the effective rates of heartburn and loose stool in the treatment group were better than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).In terms of dry mouth,there was no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).5.The recurrence rate of Hp in the two groups was compared after treatment.The recurrence rate was 0 in the observation group and 13.8% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Comparison of adverse reactions between the two groups: in the whole clinical observation process,no adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group;in the control group,there were 4 cases of adverse reactions.Conclusions: The efficacy of yiyou decoction combined with quadruple therapy was better than that of bismuth combined therapy group in improving the symptoms.In terms of Hp eradication rate,there was no statistically significant difference between the observation group and the control group.The observation group had fewer adverse reactions and a higher degree of safety.The Hp recurrence rate of The observation group was lower.
