Observation Of Curative Effect Of Fire Needle Combined With Uyghur Traditional Treatment On Postherpetic Neuralgia Of Common Syndrome

Objective: applying the clinical randomized controlled trial,to compare the clinical efficacy of fire needle plus Traditional Uyghur medicine(TUM)comprehensive treatment program and merely TUM comprehensive treatment program treating post-herpetic neuralgia,so as to provide effective clinical basis for fire needle combined with Uygur medicine in the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia.Materials and methods: This study adopts the method of randomized controlled trial study,from June 2018 to December 2019 collecting 66 patients with Postherpetic neuralgia From the department of dermatology in Xin Jiang Uyghur autonomous regional TUM hospital,the selected 66 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups separately control group(n = 33)in which using TUM comprehensive treatment program and treatment group(n = 33)in which using fire needle plus TUM comprehensive treatment programt,The course of treatment lasts for 20 days,before the treatment,the first week,the second week,after treatment(VAS)pain,sleep quality(QS),emotional state(SDS)and the quality of life were recorded.The clinical symptoms and other TUM syndromes were also recorded and scored.Results: The scoring method of Uyghur medicine syndrome was used to compare the scores of Uyghur medicine syndrome in the two groups.The results showed that before and after treatment in the experimental group,the abnormal physical symptoms of the fire needle group before treatment were significantly lower than after treatment(P<0.05),It shows that the fire needle group has more obvious symptoms of abnormal body fluid quality after treatment.The results of the same control group showed that before and after treatment,the abnormal physical symptoms of Uyghur conventional treatment group were significantly lower than those after treatment(P<0.05),It shows that the fire needle group has more obvious symptoms of abnormal body fluid quality after treatment.The VAS scoring method was used to evaluate the pain,that is,the patient's own feelings were further scored.The results of the study showed that the pain relief score of the test group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05),The PSQI score was used to compare the actual sleep before and after treatment in the test group and the control group.The final study results showed that the sleep improvement and sleep time of the test group were faster than the control group(P<0.05),The SDS score was used to score the depression and improvement of the two groups before and after treatment.The final result showed that the depression score of the test group was faster than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);There are significant differences in the original temperament of patients in different groups,and the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05);In the two groups of patients,the total effective rate of the test group was 90.8%,and that of the control group was 87.9%.The clinical efficacy of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group(?2=10.423,P=0.005),differences are statistically significant(P<0.05);In the experimental group,the total effective rate of patients with purple bile fluid body fluid was 86.6%,and the total effective rate of patients with splenic fluid body burning was 94.4%.Comparison of clinical efficacy of the two body fluid(?2=1.375,P=0.503),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);In the control group,the total effective rate of patients with purple bile fluid body fluid was 83.3%,and the total effective rate of patients with spleen fluid body burning was 90.5%.Comparison of clinical efficacy of the two body fluids(?2=0.366,P=0.545),the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);No statistical significance on laboratory indexes and differences between the two groups;There were no cases of adverse events such as needle stagnation,broken needles,infections,and halo needles.Conclusion: At present,the study shows that the combined treatment of Huo acupuncture and Uyghur medicine has the most significant effect on postherpetic neuralgia,a common syndrome of Uyghur medicine.Huo acupuncture combined with internal treatment improves the quality of life of patients,reduces the symptoms of abnormal body fluids,and significantly relieves pain.The control group still strengthens multi-factor analysis or retrospective research,which has scientific value.Through fire needle combined with conventional Uyghur medical treatment,it can eliminate the abnormal symptoms,pain degree,sleep quality,depression,etc.of blue bile type and burnt sediment type;strong safety and operability;high patient satisfaction,The long-term analgesic effect is good.Fire needle combined with Uyghur traditional therapy is not only low in cost but also good in operability and side effects when treating herpes zoster neuralgia.It is especially suitable for use in hospitals in various regions.
