ObjectiveTo compare the quality of life and symptom improvement of allergic rhinitis of lung qi deficiency cold type treated by Acupuncture combined therapy and Western medicine loratadine, evaluate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with moxibustion on the lung qi deficiency cold type allergic rhinitis, and clarify the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with moxibustion method for the treatment of lung qi deficiency cold type allergic rhinitis compared with loratadine in the immediate and follow-up efficacy of the advantages.MethodsGrouping:the cases are mainly from the patients who visited the Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of traditional Chinese medicine from July 2018 to December 2019.A total of 59 patients with allergic rhinitis have been confirmed. They are classified into two groups randomly according to the random number table,i.e.29 cases in acupuncture moxibustion group and 30 cases in western medicine group.Intervention measures:acupuncture group was treated twice a week, acupuncture(Tongtian,Xinhui,Yintang, shangyingxiang,Yingxiang, zize, liekui,Hegu)+Shenque ginger separated moxibustion for 4 weeks;western medicine group was treated with loratadine tablet(kairuitan),one tablet before going to bed every day, once a day,for 4 weeks.Efficacy evaluation:there was no significant difference in the basic data of patients such as gender, age and course of disease before and after treatment;the efficacy was evaluated before and after treatment,RQLQ(quality of life scale of rhinocon junctiviti s),TNSS(total score of nasal symptoms),VAS(visual simulation scale of nasal symptoms)and the effective rate;the follow-up evaluation was conducted 3 months after the treatment, and RQLQ(quality of life scale of rhinoconjunctivitis),vas(visual analogue scale of nasal symptoms)were evaluated.Results1.The general data balance before treatment included gender, age, course of disease,RQLQ,TNSS,and VAS score of nasal symptoms. There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was comparability between the two groups.2.After treatment, the scores of RQLQ,TNSS and vas in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);however,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of RQLQ,TNSS and VAS(P>0.05);after follow-up,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of RQLQ and VAS(P>0.05).3.In terms of the overall efficacy,10 cases were excellent in the acupuncture group,13 cases were effective, the excellent rate was 35.71%,the total effective rate was 82.14%;in the control group,6 cases were excellent,15 cases were effective, the excellent rate was 20%,the total effective rate was 70%.There was no significant difference between them(P>0.05).The results show that the two groups of treatment have curative effect on allergic rhinitis of lung qi deficiency cold type, and the overall effect of acupuncture can be compared with the first-line western medicine loratadine. It is suggested that acupuncture can be used as an alternative therapy in the treatment of allergic rhinitis, which is worthy of clinical promotion.Conclusiona.Acupuncture combined therapy and loratadine oral therapy can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with allergic rhinitis, improve the quality of life of patients, and have a good effect on the treatment of allergic rhinitis.b.The acupuncture group and the western medicine group have the same effect in improving the quality of life and symptoms of patients.c.There was no significant difference between the acupuncture group and the western medicine group in improving the follow-up curative effect of the quality of life and symptoms.
