| Objective: This study proposes to observe the clinical effect of acupoint application and oral Rupixiao pills in the treatment of HDB with liver qi stagnation,and to compare the difference between them.Which can provide a reference for clinical application of acupoint application in the treatment of HDB with liver qi stagnation.Methods: 72 cases of HDB with liver qi stagnation were selected from acupuncture clinic and thymus,breast and thyroid surgery clinic of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,then they were randomly divided into treatment group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases).In the acupoint application treatment group,the acupuncture poit of Danzhong,Neiguan,Taichong and Ashi were selected,and the acupoints application drug consisting of boswellia,borneol,honeysuckle flower,amur cork-tree bark and rhubarb were applied externally once a day for 4 hours.The group taking Rupixiao took 5 capsules orally three times a day.The two groups were treated for two menstrual cycles in a row,and the treatment was stopped in the menstrual period.The scores of breast pain,breast mass and stagnation of liver Qi were recorded at before treatment,1 menstrual cycle and 2 menstrual cycles in the treatment.All the observed data were analyzed by IBM SPSS statistics 22 software.Results: A total of 65 patients were included in the final statistics,treatment group(33cases)and control group(32 cases).1 Clinical effect comparison: after 2 menstrual cycles treatment,9 cases in the treatment group were markedly effective,20 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,we could see that the effective rate was 87.9%;1 case in the control group was markedly effective,22 cases were effective,9 cases were ineffective,the effective rate was 71.9%.(2)Main symptom score: after 2 menstrual cycles of treatment,the difference in breast pain score and breast mass texture score between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.For comparison within the group,the texture score of breast mass in the treatment group was statistically significantafter 2 menstrual cycles of treatment compared with before treatment(P < 0.05).(3)Comorbid symptom score: mood depression score,irritability score,dysmenorrhea score.After 2 menstrual cycles of treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Comparison group,treatment group irritability score,dysmenorrhea score after treatment 2 menstrual cycle,differences were statistically significant compared with before treatment(P < 0.05),dysmenorrhea score in the treatment of 1 month was statistically significant difference compared with before treatment(P < 0.05),irritability score in the treatment of 2 months compared with treatment 1 month difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)There was no significant difference between the two groups in breast mass size,breast mass distribution range,happy sighing,chest and abdominal distension and tightness,menstrual disorder and other six scores(P>,0.05),and the curative effect was equivalent.Conclusion:Acupoint application is effective in the treatment of HDB with liver qi stagnation.It can relieve the pain of mammary gland and improve the symptoms of stagnation of liver qi.Which is worth to promote. |
