The Liver Resolve Depression Party With Auricular Application Pressure Therapy(Liver Depression And Qi Stagnation Type) By The Breast Bilges Clinical Research

Objective: Observe the liver resolve depression party combined auricular application pressure method for liver and qi in the clinical curative effect of breast swelling, and the mechanism and advantages for further discussion.Methods: Clinical 60 cases of liver depression and qi stagnation type in patients with breast bilges for observation, the were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(30 cases, use of TCM in shandong province of professor ye qing created the liver resolve depression party with auricular application pressure therapy; Control group, 30 cases of oral liver granule treatment, a menstrual cycle for a period of treatment, a total of three courses. To observe the comparison of two groups of patients before and after treatment clinical curative effect and the mammary glands, prolactin(PRL) and progesterone(P), the influence of estrogen(E2).Results: Two groups of patients in treatment group after treatment the total effective rate was 96.7%, control group total effective rate was 83.3%, the comprehensive curative effect comparison between groups had significant difference(P < 0.05); Two groups of patients after treatment of TCM symptoms significantly lower total points, was have the very significant difference(P < 0.01), the treatment group compared with control group with significant difference(P < 0.05); Two groups after treatment in patients with estrogen, prolactin is before treatment were significantly lower, the comparison in the group has a very significant difference(P < 0.01), After treatment between estrogen group compared with significant difference(P < 0.05), and prolactin comparison between groups was very significant difference(P < 0.01); Progesterone after treatment in both groups were no obvious changes, compared with the previous comparison in the group have no difference(P > 0.05), is no difference between groups(P < 0.05); In the two groups of patients after treatment groups, mammary gland changes have a very significant difference(P < 0.01), the comparison between groups was very significant difference(P < 0.01).Conclusion: 1.The liver resolve depression party with auricular application pressure therapy(liver depression and qi stagnation type) by the breast bilges clinical significant curative effect; Patients with clinical symptoms and serum endocrine hormone levels were obviously improved.2.The liver resolve depression party joint auricular application pressure may have a kind of hormone kind function, effect on female endocrine axis to regulate hormone levels, reduce serum estrogen and prolactin concentration, relieve breast hyperplasia of mammary glands, and security has an obvious advantage.
