OBJECTIVE:To observate the clinical curative effection of liver depression and qi stagnation type of hyperplastic disease of breast with Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling (FSN), and explore the possible mechanism of the effection.METHODS:According to random number table,45 cases of liver depression and qi stagnation type of hyperplastic disease of breast patients were choosed,24 cases with treatment group,21cases with control group,7 plus or minus 3 days prior to the period for FNS, prunella oral liquid treatment, short form McGill pain questionnaire was used to score before each treatment,5 hours after treatment. Day at a time, a total score four times. Observe patients’breast lump and longest diameter changes before and after the treatment, a comprehensive curative effect evaluation were followed up before next menstruation for 7±3 days.RESULTS:Two groups of baseline is in good condition, grouping is balanced, and comparable, and they all can improved the symtoms of breast pain, breast lumps,and the longest diameter. Through the single factor analysis of variancethe of two groups of treatment effect, we found that treatment group and control group difference was statistically significant in PPI、PRI、VAS and Total score(P<0.001), especially, the immediatly effection of FSN group was obviously, but there is no statistically significant difference in breast lumps and longest diameter.CONCLUSION:The two groups are all play a positive role in improving the clinical symptoms of liver depression and qi stagnation type of hyperplastic disease of breast, but the treatment group is superior to the control group, Especially for pain with a significan therapeutic effect, and the immediatly effection is obviously.
