Objective: Through the application of acupoint application to lumbar disc herniation, compared with oral Chinese patent drug, the study compares the clinical healing effect of the both, and provides clinical data and clinical basis for acupoint application in the remedy of lumbar disc herniation. The application is standardized and scientific. Methods: A total of 72 observation subjects were selected to meet the research criteria. They were randomly divided into acupoint application group and Yao tong ning capsule group. Each treatment cycle was 7 days, once a day for 2 consecutive cycles. The score records of the two groups of observation subjects before and after treatment were sorted out,and the condition improvement and curative effect of the two groups of observation subjects were compared.Results:(1)Clinical efficacy: After 2 periods of treatment, the entire response rate of the remedy group reached 87.50%,and the control group reached 80.00%.Comparison of the both groups, after statistical analysis,P <0.05,the discrepancy of healing effect was statistically noteworthy.(2)Various evaluations of JOA in lumbar spine function: Before treatment of the two groups of patients, the scores of the items in the JOA were compared, there was no difference(P> 0.05),and there was comparabilityThe fractions of standing, forward flexion, and walking in JOA were compared between the both groups after a course of remedy, all P<0.05,the discrepancy was statistically noteworthy, and the other items were contrasted, all P>0.05,the discrepancy was not statistically noteworthy;contrast between the both groups of JOA of low back pain, sensory disorders, weight lifting fractions after 2 courses of remedy, all P <0.05,the discrepancy was statistically noteworthy, other items contrast of periods, all P> 0.05,the discrepancy was not statistically noteworthy.(3)The JOA entire grades of lumbar spine function: Contrast of the JOA entire grades before remedy in the both groups,P> 0.05,the discrepancy was not statistically noteworthy and comparable;(1)contrast within the group, before remedy, the entire grades of JOA in the two groups before treatment, after a course and after two courses of treatment were all P < 0.05,and the discrepancy was statistically noteworthy.(2)Contrast between the both groups, after a course of remedy and two courses of remedy, the JOA entire grades of the both groups were compared, were all P<0.05,the discrepancy was statistically noteworthy.(4)VAS grades: The contrast of VAS grades of the both groups of sufferers before remedy,P> 0.05,the discrepancy was not statistically noteworthy, and comparable;(1)The contrast within the VAS grade group after 2 periods of remedy were all P <0.05,the discrepancy was statistically noteworthy;(2)Contrast between groups, after one cycle and two cycles of diagnosis and treatment in the two groups of patients, the VAS score data were compared, both P <0.05,that is,there was a difference.Conclusion:(1)Both therapies can effectively treat lumbar disc herniation, but t the entire response rate of acupoint application is evidently better than oral Yao tong ning capsule remedy, and the effect is more sustainable.(2)Both therapies can improve the JOA grades and entire grades of sufferers with low back pain, lower limb numbness, sensation, daily life, etc.,and improve the symptoms and signs of sufferers, but acupoint application is significantly better than oral low back pain Ning capsule remedy.(3)Both therapies can improve the sufferer's VAS grade and effectively improve the sufferer's pain symptoms, but the acupoint application is significantly better than the oral Yao tong ning capsule remedy, and the effect is more sustained.
