Clinical Effect Of Winwu Acupuncture On Sudden Deafness And Its Effect On Hemorheology

1.Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Xinwu acupuncture in the treatment of sudden deafness,observe the recovery of hearing and tinnitus after treatment,and discuss the mechanism of Xinwu acupuncture in the treatment of sudden deafness(from the perspective of hemorheology).2.Methods From April 2019 to September 2019,60 patients with sudden deafness admitted to the otolaryngology department of the first affiliated hospital of anhui university of traditional Chinese medicine who met the diagnostic criteria of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine and the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Xinwu acupuncture on the basis of which,10 days for a course of treatment,after 10 days of continuous treatment,the two groups were recorded before and after the treatment of hearing,tinnitus and hemorheology indicators,statistics of experimental data,for intra-group comparison.3.Results The effect of Xinwu acupuncture combined with western medicine group in the treatment of sudden deafness was significant in tinnitus and hearing.The hearing effective rate of western medicine group was 66.66%,and that of Xinwu acupuncture combined with western medicine group was 90%,P<0.05,The difference was statistically significant.The effective rate of tinnitus in the Xinwu acupuncture method combined with western medicine group was 76.92%,and that in the western medicine group was 48.15%,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Xinwu acupuncture can significantly reduce the high shear viscosity,low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit level in hemorheology,so as to reduce blood viscosity.The effect of Xinwu acupuncture on sudden deafness is definite,and its mechanism may be related to the decrease of hemorheology.4.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Xinwu acupuncture on sudden deafness is remarkable,and its mechanism of action may be related to the decrease of hemorheology level,which is worth popularizing widely.
