Therapeutic Effect Of Tongdu Tiaoshen Acupuncture Combined With Levodopa In Treatment Of Pain In Parkinson's Disease

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with levodopa in the treatment of pain in Parkinson's disease(PD).To explore and evaluate the effect of Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with levodopa on pain,motor function,activities of daily life and quality of life in patients with Parkinson's disease,so as to provide a basis for the clinical application of this method,and to reduce the use and adverse reactions of anti-Parkinson's disease drugs as much as possible.Methods Sixty patients with Parkinson's disease pain were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).The control group was treated with levodopa alone,and the treatment group was treated with Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture on the basis of the control group,6 times a week for 4 weeks,2 weeks as a course of treatment.After corresponding treatment,the patients were evaluated for pain,Parkinson's disease(motor function and activities of daily life)and quality of life before treatment and at the end of the second and fourth week after treatment,respectively.The scores and adverse reactions in the course of treatment were observed and recorded,all evaluations were carried out before taking medicine after getting up in the morning,and the observed data were analyzed by statistical methods.To evaluate the clinical efficacy,course of treatment and safety between the two groups.Results1.The basic conditions(age,gender,course of disease,Hoehn-Yahr grade,MMSE score,average daily dose of levodopa)and the evaluation points of the two groups of patients were comparable before treatment(P>0.05).2.Before receiving treatment,qualified subjects who met the inclusion criteria signed the "Informed Consent Form",and there were no cases of shedding during treatment.3.Comparison of clinical curative effect: after the end of the fourth week of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and that of the control group was60.00%.The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),indicating that Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with levodopa is more effective.4.Pain evaluation: the pain scores of the two groups at the end of the second week of treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).At the end of the fourth week of treatment,the pain scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The analgesic effect of Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with levodopa was significantly better than that of levodopa alone.5.Evaluation of the condition of Parkinson's disease: the scores of motor function and activities of daily living in the two groups at the end of the second week of treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).At the end of the second week of treatment,the scores of motor function and activities of daily living in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Both groups can effectively improve the ability of daily life and motor function,and the improvement effect of Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with levodopa is better than that of levodopa alone.6.Quality of life evaluation: the PDQ-39 scores of the two groups at the end of the second week of treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).At the end of the fourth week of treatment,the PDQ-39 scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),indicating that after two courses of treatment,both groups could effectively improve the quality of life of the patients,but the improvement effect of Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with levodopa was better than that of levodopa alone.Conclusion Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with levodopa has a good clinical effect in the treatment of Parkinson's disease pain.Compared with levodopa alone,the curative effect is significantly different,and it can effectively reduce the pain symptoms and improve the ability of daily life and motor function of the patients.improve the quality of life,the curative effect is stable,and has a certain degree of safety.
