Clinical Observation And Influence Of Autophagy On The Treatment Of Acute Cerebral Infarction With The Method Of Tongdu Tiaoshen Acupuncture Therapy

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture therapy in treating patients with acute cerebral infarction and explore the expression of LC3-? and Beclinl in acupuncture treatment in the treatment and promotion of acute cerebral infarction reference.Method:Patients who were admitted to the encephalopathy center of the Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2015 to December 2016 were eligible for the inclusion of acute cerebral infarction(ACI).They were divided into the Tongdu Tiaoshen Group and the control group using a random number table method.Contains 30 patients.Tongdu Tiaoshen group(Tongdu group for short)used Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture therapy,the acupoints were Dazhui(GV14),Fengchi(GV20),Qiangjian(GV18),Baihui(GV20),Shenting(GV24),Yintang(GV29),Shuigou(GV26),Quchi(LI11),Hegu(LI4),Zusanli(ST36).The control group received routine medication and common acupuncture treatment,the acupoints were Baihui(GV20),Yintang(GV29),Quchi(LI11),Waigu-an(TE5),Shousanli(LI10),Hegu(LI4),Zusanli(ST36),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Taixi(KI3),Taichong(LR3).Both groups were treated one time a day,the course of treatment were 10 days.The cl-inical efficacy of the two groups before treatment and after 10 days of treatment was observed.The scores of the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),minimental state examinations(MMSE),Modified Barthel index(MBI),and assessed the changes of LC3-? and Beclinl in peripheral serum.Results:1.Comparison between two groups:The effective rate in Tongdu group was 92.9%,higher than 70.4%of the control group,The symptoms,signs,NIHSS,MMSE and MBI scores of Tongdu group were significantly better than those of the control group Control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).2.Comparison of serum levels of LC3-? and Beclinl in peripheral bloodThe expression levels of LC3-? and Beclinl in the two groups after treatment wer e higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference betw een the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both groups can improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life in patients with acute cerebral infarction,both by increasing the expression of LC3-? and Beclinl,start the body autophagy,reduce cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury,thus reducing the nerve damage to achieve therapeutic effect.However,Tongdu group than the control group significant effect,and with safety,no side effects,fast recovery and other advantages.
