The Clinical Observation Of The Primary Dysmenorrhea Of Cold Blood Stasis Is Treated By Shaofuzhuyu Tang With Moxibustion

Objective:Through clinical trials,this study evaluated the clinical efficacy and safety of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction Combined with Moxibustion in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea?cold coagulation and stasis type?.PGF_2?was used as the observation index to explore its pathogenesis,give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,provide a more optimized and reasonable scheme for clinical treatment,and improve the clinical cure rate.Methods:?1?72 patients with primary dysmenorrhea?cold coagulation and stasis type?were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in each group.?2?The treatment group was treated with Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction Combined with moxibustion,and the control group was treated with Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction.The two groups were treated with oral Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction granules 10 days before menstruation,one dose a day,and the treatment was stopped after menstruation.Moxibustion also begins 10 days before the menstruation,and ends when the menstruation comes.Both groups were treated for 3courses.?3?Before and after treatment,VAS score,symptom score and TCM syndrome score were used as subjective observation indexes,serum PGF2?level within 48 hours before and after treatment was used as objective mechanism indexes,and disease efficacy and syndrome efficacy were used as efficacy judgment indexes.?4?Spss25.0 statistical software was used to determine the clinical efficacy and safety of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction Combined with Moxibustion in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea?cold coagulation and blood stasis type?by self-control and inter group control before and after treatment.Results:?1?The age,course of disease,symptom score,syndrome score,VAS score,pain degree and serum PGF_2?of the two groups were statistically analyzed?P>0.05?.?2?Dysmenorrhea disease effect:the total effective rate of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction Combined with moxibustion group was 94.44%,and the total effective rate of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction group was 80.56%.Before and after treatment,the disease effect of the treatment group and the control group were compared,the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.After the treatment of the treatment group and the control group,the disease curative effect was compared.After analysis,P<0.05.Therefore,although the treatment of the two groups has curative effect,the curative effect of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction Combined with moxibustion is better than that of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction alone.?3?The therapeutic effect of dysmenorrhea syndrome:the total effective rate of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction Combined with moxibustion group was 91.67%,and the total therapeutic rate of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction group was 83.33%.There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment?P<0.05?.After treatment,the treatment group and the control group were compared in syndrome efficacy,the difference was statistically significant?P>0.05?,indicating that the two groups can play a therapeutic role in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,but the combination of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction and moxibustion group was better than Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction group in improving syndrome.?4?Index change:there were statistical significance before and after treatment in the aspects of symptom score,TCM syndrome score,pain degree grade,VAS pain score and serum PGF_2?level?P<0.05?,that is,the two groups had curative effect in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation stasis type.Statistical analysis was carried out after treatment in the two groups?P<0.05?,that is,the therapeutic effect of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction Combined with moxibustion group was better than that of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction group.?5?Long term effect:according to the VAS score statistics of the three-month follow-up after treatment,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the treatment group?P>0.05?,while the difference between the control group and the follow-up VAS score after treatment was statistically significant?P<0.05?,indicating that moxibustion combined with Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction group was better in maintaining the long-term effect.?6?In the course of treatment,there were no adverse reactions in the two groups,and the drugs in the two groups were safe.Conclusion:?1?Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction Combined with moxibustion and Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction alone have effect on the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.Both of them have improvement in VAS score,syndrome score,symptom score,pain degree grade and serum PGF_2?level before and after treatment.But Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction Combined with moxibustion is more effective.?2?Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction Combined with moxibustion group is better in maintaining the stability of curative effect.?3?Combined application of moxibustion drugs,no uncomfortable reaction in the treatment process,good safety,and moxibustion points less and refined,simple operation,low cost,high efficiency,it is suitable for clinical promotion.
