Clinical Observation On Depression Of Heart Yang Deficiency Patients Treated By Bukanyilidan

Objective:This study aimed at Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores in patients with mild-to-moderate depression,using oral repair camp benefit from Dan one therapy and sertraline treatment for clinical randomized controlled study to evaluate the clinical curative effect of repair,benefit from Dan medicinal broth,evaluate the degree of depression in patients with serum content of 5-HT TCM symptoms scale scores,and analyzes the correlation between observation indexes,discuss repair camp benefit from Dan antidepressant mechanism.Methods:This study according to the principle of randomized,controlled,selection of Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD)scores in patients with mild-to-moderate depression,at the same time of traditional Chinese medicine for heart Yang deficiency syndrome patient 80 examples,using the method of random Numbers table will be included in the patients were divided into two groups,the treatment group(40 cases treatment method is to repair camp benefit from Dan medicinal broth,study the total treatment for 6 weeks,the points take one every morning and evening every morning dose of 1 grain of sertraline treatment,the total course of the same record for six weeks before and after treatment in both groups of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores of TCM symptoms scale scores and 5-HT content in blood SPSS21.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.In terms of blood 5-HT content,after 6 weeks of treatment,the blood 5-HT content in bukan Yilidan Decoction group and sertraline hydrochloride tablet group increased(P <0.05),and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.In terms of HAMD scores,the HAMD scores of patients in bukanyilidan Decoction group and sertraline hydrochloride tablet group were lower after 6 weeks of treatment than before(P < 0.05),and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).3.In the aspect of TCM Symptom Scale score,the score of patients in bukan Yilidan Decoction group and Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets group after 6 weeks of treatment was lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05),and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).4.In the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of symptoms,palpitations and chills(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Bukanyilidan is an important prescription for invigorating heart Yang.In Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score,TCM Syndrome Scale score and blood 5-In terms of HT content,bukanyilidan and sertraline hydrochloride tablets have the same effect on the depression patients with heart yang deficiency,and bukanyilidan is better than sertraline hydrochloride tablets in improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,palpitation,cold limb chills,no obvious adverse reactions,which is worth promoting in clinical practice.
