Study On The Rule Of Professor GAO Jianzhong In Applying WenDan Decoction

Objective: Objective: the purpose of this paper is to sum up the tutor's experience in the application of Wendan Decoction and to refine the tutor's academic thought.Through sorting out and counting the clinical medical records of Wendan Decoction,summarizing the law of syndrome and treatment of Wendan Decoction,further expanding the clinical application scope of Wendan Decoction and improving the theoretical understanding,through combing the academic sources of tutors,refining the academic thought,learning the academic thought of "pass the legislation" and "cure the disease and seek the root",and cultivating the clinical syndrome thinking of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: 100 cases of effective application of Wendan Decoction in outpatient department were taken as the research object.The main complaints,symptoms,tongue image,pulse image and drug compatibility of the patients were analyzed statistically and frequently.The research results were presented in the form of words and charts,and discussed.The characteristic indications of tutor's application of Wendan Decoction were analyzed to find the drug compatibility law,To summarize the clinical experience of Wendan Decoction in treating various systemic diseases.Results:1.Basic information: by sorting out the data,it is found that: 31% men,69% women,and 1:2.2 men and women;the main application age range is 30-69 years old,accounting for87% of the total,and the application population is mainly middle-aged and old people.2.Tongue pulse condition: the tongue is light and dark,the frequency is 55%.The frequency of tongue dark red was 24%.Dark tongue,light dark tongue and dark red tongue accounted for 94% of the total,suggesting that the patients had stagnation.Tongue shape includes fat tongue and dentate tongue,accounting for 6% and 3% respectively.The frequency of tongue coating was 62% and that of greasy coating was 35%.The proportion of white moss and greasy moss was 97%.The main pulse was complex pulse,single pulse accounted for 5.77%,complex pulse accounted for 94.23%.Among them,the most common one is pulse fine and gentle,followed by pulse virtual string,pulse fine string and pulse fine string number,which account for 74.03% of the total.3.Symptom distribution: by sorting out the data,the symptoms are mainly concentrated in heart disease(41.71%),hepatobiliary disease(14.86%),spleen and stomach disease(14.29%),Qi,blood and body fluid disease(11.43%),accounting for 82.29%,of which insomnia(34.29%),vertigo(9.14%),fullness(8.57%)and depression(6.86%)are the most common.4.Drug use: the main drugs are Rhizoma Pinelliae,tangerine peel,Poria cocos,raw licorice,Fructus aurantii and Zhuru.The most frequently used drugs are tranquilizers,176 times,accounting for 32.23%;the second is diet drugs,174 times,accounting for 31.87%;the second is tonic drugs,96 times,accounting for 17.58%;the combination of antidotes is mainly ginger,which is warm,middle and antiemetic,and perilla,26 times were used,accounting for 4.76%;22 times were used with Qi regulating drugs,accounting for 4.03%.The top five drugs used were raw keel 30g(15.75%),raw oyster 30g(15.75%),dangshen 9g(13.74%),fried chicken with gold 15g(13.74%),and hawthorn 15g(10.99%).5.Usage of the combination group: the proportion of the use of the combination group is as high as 85%,and the types of the formula are: reconciliation agent,xiaodaoji,liqiji,tonic,etc.;the top five combination groups are chaiguilongmu Decoction(34%),Xiexin Decoction(12%),Xuefuzhuyu decoction(12%),Jieyu Decoction(10%),Baohe Decoction(2%).Conclusion:(1)The clinical application of Wendan Decoction by Mr.Gao Jianzhong focuses on the basic pathogenesis of body fluid metabolism disorder,Qi block and phlegm dampness stagnation.Meanwhile,he attaches great importance to the spleen and stomach movement,the three jiao unobstructed and the Qi rising and falling,which embodies the academic thought that the tutor is the first to treat the disease.(2)Indications of application of Wendan Decoction in clinical: the elderly who are prone to phlegm dampness are the main application population,especially the elderly women who are prone to general physical symptoms and emotional depression.The main causes are sleep disorder(insomnia),physical and mental fatigue(vertigo)and digestive dysfunction(wanruff)caused by modern people's eating more and moving less and physical and mental pressure.The tongue is dark and white.The pulse is characterized by the pulse that suggests body deficiency,phlegm retention and pathogenic stagnation.(3)In addition and subtraction: mainly add sedative medicine,Xiaoshi medicine,tonic medicine and Qi regulating medicine,mainly including raw keel,raw oyster,dangshen,fried chicken internal gold and burnt hawthorn.Combined with the main symptoms of insomnia,vertigo,wanpi,etc.,raw keel,raw oyster are set up for the purpose of calming the nerves,calming the liver and nourishing the Yang,and the meaning of jiaoshanzha,fried chicken internal gold to take Baohe Pill;dangshen Jianpi Yiqi,care of Zhongjiao.(4)The application of the combination group,with clear primary and secondary treatment,not only expanded the application scope of Wendan Decoction,but also improved the clinical efficacy.For example,it can be used with Chai GUI long Mu Decoction to regulate the whole body,regulate the blood and body fluid of Sanjiao;it can be used with Xiexin Decoction to invigorate the spleen and remove phlegm,recover the Qi of Zhongjiao spleen and stomach;it can be used with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction to eliminate phlegm and remove depression;it can be used with Yiqi Congming Decoction to supplement and reduce diarrhea,and it can be used with Jieyu Decoction and Sini Powder to relieve Qi;it can be used with Lizhong Decoction and Yiqi Congming Decoction to treat diseases and seek the root,and protect the deficiency.
