Research purposes:As a representative prescription of Zhenwu Decoction prescription for WenyangLishui method,the main card is the disease of Shaoyin yang deficiency,Taiyindeficient cold causing water overflow,which is common in clinical disease eachsystem,especially the difficult disease,using Zhenwu decoction is more open away for many medial problems.This article attempts from the literature angle,toexplore ancient and modern physicians for clinical application of ZhenwuDecoction in addition and subtraction.Research methods:In the part of ancient literature,in the database of ancient books of traditionalChinese medicine,the relevant documents of Zhenwu Tang which accord with theestablished standards are retrieved and summarized,and the application ofancient physicians to Zhenwu decoction is summarized and analyzed.In the partof modern literature,one is to summarize the modern pharmacological researchrelated to Zhenwu decoction,and the other is to discuss the pathogenesis ofvarious diseases,and the other is in the database of Zhiwu decoction.To retrievethe modern literature materials of Zhenwu decoction that meet the establishedstandards,and to summarize the symptoms of the addition and decrease of themedicinal taste of Zhenwu decoction by frequency statistics,and to add andreduce the medicinal flavor,add and decrease the medicinal herbs,and classifythe application of the cold and hot medicinal herbs,etc.And compared with theview of ancient physicians,the clinical application of Zhenwu decoction wasdiscussed.The results of the study:On the basis of the prescription of Zhenwu Decoction,the original prescriptionhas been added and flavored not more than two flavors.In the case of the mainsyndrome of the prescription,the change does not exceed the taste and theflavour is not more than two flavors.On the basis of these two points,the drugtaste is added and the medicine is warm,First,it can be divided into the middlesoil of the Yang Qi deficiency,such as dry ginger,cinnamon and less Yin true Yang,such as the birth of the Aconitum,then the water drinking of the body,and thewater drinking of the body,such as the pepper,Wu Zhuyu and the water andsupplement,such as the Schisandra,and then the deficiency of the blood,such asthe Ligusticum chuanxiong,and the deficiency of the blood.Danggui and bloodstasis stagnation,such as red flower and leech,are finally aimed at Yangmingheat syndrome in the body,divided into the syndrome of Yangming internal heat,such as cinnabar,Codonopsis and water and heat interknot,such as Alismaorientalis and car,and so on.
