Clinical Study On Treatment Renal Anemia Of Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency Type In CKD4-5 Non-dialysis Patients By Strengthening Spleen And Warming Kidney Method

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Jianpi Wenshen method on patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)CKD4-5 stage spleen and kidney deficiency type renal anemia(RA).Methods: Sixty patients from January 2018 to November 2018 were enrolled in the outpatient or inpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.example.In the control group,30 cases were treated with recombinant human erythropoietin,polysaccharide iron complex capsules,diet and other basic medical treatments.30 patients in the treatment group were treated with Western medicine and spleen and warm kidney.The course of treatment was 2 months,and hemoglobin(Hb),red blood cell count(RBC),hematocrit(HCT),transferrin saturation(TSAT),serum ferritin(SF),serum creatinine(Scr),before and after treatment of anemia were observed.The improvement of blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and TCM syndrome scores was evaluated.The clinical effect of Jianpi Wenshen Recipe on anemia of CKD4-5 patients with non-dialysis spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome was evaluated.Results: 1.Comparison of disease efficacy: After 2 months of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group and the control group: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.4%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.7%.After the rank sum test,the total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2,TCM syndrome efficacy comparison: test group,control group after treatment,fatigue,body weight,cold waist pain,chills and cold limbs,waist and knees,limbs edema,loose stools,frequent nocturia,eat less The improvement of symptoms was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of dizziness and facial whiteness(P>0.05).3.Comparison of experimental indexes: The blood routine and renal function indexes of the treatment group and the control group were improved after treatment(P<0.05).In the comparison between the groups after treatment,the Hb,HCT,RBC,BUN and Scr of the treatment group were tested.There was a significant difference between the room index and the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two indexes of TSAT and SF(P>0.05).4.No obvious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment of the two groups.Conclusions: Jianpi Wenshen Recipe has the following effects on patients with CKD4-5 non-dialysis spleen and kidney yang deficiency type renal anemia: 1.Reduce Scr,BUN,can improve renal function;2.Improve Hb,RBC,HCT,correct patients Renal anemia;3.Can improve the spleen and kidney yang deficiency patients with fatigue,body weight,cold waist pain,chills and cold limbs,waist and knees,limbs edema,loose stools,frequent nocturia,eat less Symptoms,thereby improving the quality of life of patients.
