Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Bupi Yishen Huoxue Huazhuo Decoction In The Treatment Of 3-4 CKD With Spleen Kidney Deficiency And Turbid Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To observe and record the TCM syndrome score,TCM main syndrome score,serum creatinine(SCR),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),24-hour urine protein quantitative,glomerular filtration rate(GFR),TGF-β1 in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)at 3-4 stages affected by the method of invigorating spleen,tonifying kidney,activating blood circulation and removing turbidity-β1.Based on the changes of SOCS-1index,the clinical efficacy of invigorating spleen and kidney,promoting blood circulation and resolving turbidity method in the treatment of CKD was studied,and the mechanism of improving renal function and delaying disease progression was explored.Methods:Methods from June 2019 to December 2020,60 patients with stage 3-4chronic kidney disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment and Shenshuaining granules,while the treatment group was given Bupi Yishen Huoxue Huazhuo decoction.After 8 weeks of treatment,the changes of TCM syndrome score,TCM main syndrome score,serum creatinine(SCR),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),24-hour urinary protein,glomerular filtration rate(GFR),TGF-β1 and SOCS-1 before and after treatment and between the two groups were observed and compared.Results:1.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score and main TCM syndrome score were significantly decreased(P < 0.05);SCR and BUN decreased significantly(P < 0.05);GFR indexes were significantly improved(P < 0.05);TGF-β1 index were significantly reduced,with statistical significance(P < 0.05);SOCS1 increased significantly(P < 0.05);24-hour urinary protein decreased,but there was no statistical significance(P > 0.05).2.After treatment,compared with TCM syndrome score and main TCM syndrome score index,the treatment group decreased significantly,with statistical significance(P < 0.05);SCR and BUN were significantly decreased in the treatment group(P < 0.05);GFR index in the treatment group was significantly improved(P < 0.05);TGF-β1 Index in the treatment group decreased significantly(P < 0.05);SOCS1 index increased significantly in the treatment group(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference in 24-hour urine protein(P >0.05).Conclusion:1.Bupi Yishen Huoxue Huazhuo decoction has a good effect on relieving the symptoms of ckd3-4 patients;2.After taking this prescription,the GFR of the patients increased significantly,indicating that the renal function was improved;3.Our side is in the changes of SOCS1 and TGF-β1 showed obvious interference and antagonism to the process of fibrosis.
