Clinical Research Of Modified Shengjiang Powder Combined With S-1 In The Treatment Of Stage ? And ? Pancreatic Cancer

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Modified Shengjiang Powder combined with S-1 on the clinical symptoms of stage ? and ? pancreatic cancer patients and its impact on their life quality,and provide theoretical basis and clinical data supporting for the clinical application of Modified Shengjiang Powder in treating stage ? and ? pancreatic cancer patients,and broader approach for treating advanced pancreatic cancer with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:40 cases of stage ? and ? pancreatic cancer patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with S-1 capsule single-agent therapy,while the treatment group was treated with Modified Shengjiang Powder combined with S-1.After continuously observing two chemotherapy cycles,the focus of infection,tumor index,the condition of symptomatic improvement after treatment,the pain score,the quality of their life,the toxic side effect of the two groups during pre and post treatment were compared and statistically analyzed.Results:(DThe effective rate and stability rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).?in terms of tumor indexes,the experimental group was superior to the treatment group in the curative effect of serum CA19-9 in pancreatic cancer patients,with clinical comparability(P<0.05),while the other relevant tumor indexes have no statistical significance(P>0.05).?The experimental group was superior to the control group in TCM symptoms,pain scores and quality of life(P<0.05).?In terms of toxic side effects of chemotherapy,the bone marrow inhibition and digestive tract reaction in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the chemotherapy group(P<0.05).? Safety Evaluation:The changes of blood routine,coagulation function,liver and kidney function indexes during pre and post treatment in the treatment group and the control group had no statistical significance(P>0.05)Conclusion:Modified Shengjiang Powder combined with S-1 is effective in treating stage ?and ? pancreatic cancer,for it can improve patients'life quality,alleviate the pain of patients and reduce the chemotherapy's toxic side effect.Therefore,it is one of the effective methods for pancreatic cancer's clinical treatment.
