| PurposePatients with Expathic High fever(community-acquired pneumonia)who meet the inclusion criteria have been selected,according to patient’s temperature before and after treatment,physical and chemical examination indicators,signs and symptoms,clinical efficacy and other scores,to judge the prognosis and prognosis of the disease,and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shengjiang Powder in treating exogenous fever(community-acquired pneumonia).MethodBased on tutor’s long-term clinical experience and practice,as well as TCM was referred,based on foundational theory,Shengjiang Powder was utilized to treat Expathic High fever(community-acquired pneumonia).During the treatment for control group,physical cooling,anti-infective and other symptomatic treatment were employed.Regard to the treatment group,not only the formal treatment was used,but also Shengjiang Powder was added.Through statistical observation of patients’ body temperature,physical and chemical results,and symptom scores before and after treatment,evaluate the clinical application of Expathic High fever(community-acquired pneumonia).ResultAmong the 60 cases of high fever(community-acquired pneumonia)that were included in the study,there were 36 cases of syndrome of disease involving weifen and qiwen and 24 cases of syndrome of qi divided by phlegm-heat.Statistics P=0.576>0.05,no statistical difference,the two groups of samples are comparable.In terms of immediate fever reduction,the total effective rate of immediate fever reduction of 40 patients in the treatment group was 97.5%,and the total effective rate of immediate fever reduction of 20 patients in the control group was 75%;P=0.013<0.05,with statistically significant differences.In terms of antipyretics,the effective rate in the treatment group was 90%,and the effective rate in the control group was 30%;and after the statistics,P=0.000<0.01,which was significantly different in statistical.In summary,the body temperature of patients with exogenous high fever(community-acquired pneumonia)has significantly decrease with Shengjiang Powder.In terms of symptom scores,in the treatment gropu,the average symptom score after treatment was 4.38±2.34;in the control group,the average symptom after treatment was 6.90±3.23;by T test analysis,P=0.000<0.01,there was a significant statistical difference.The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95%,and the cure rate was 65%;in the control group,the total effective rate was 95%,and the cure rate was 35%;the total effective rate of the two groups was tested P=0.058>0.05,with no statistical difference;But the cure rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than that in the control group.In terms of comprehensive clinical efficacy,in treatment group,the total effective rate of the comprehensive efficacy was 97.5%,and the total effective rate of the comprehensive efficacy of the control group was 95%.The statistics of the two groups showed that P=0.008<0.01,so there was a significant statistical difference between two groups.Before treatment,the average WBC in the treatment group was 13.09± 2.60(×109/L);the mean WBC after treatment was 6.57± 1.56(×109/L)).The mean WBC in the control group before treatment was 12.38 ± 2.39(×109/L));the mean WBC after treatment was 7.63 ± 1.59(×109/L));After wilcoxon rank sum test analysis,it was found that P=0.014<0.05,therefor the mean WBC of the two groups was statistically different.The mean N%before treatment in the treatment group was 80.89± 7.74(%);the average N%after treatment was 62.95± 6.40(%).In the control group,the average N%before treatment was 81.23 ± 5.81(%);the average N%after treatment was 66.99± 8.17(%);After wilcoxon rank sum test analysis,it was found that P=0.043<0.05,which was statistically different.The mean CRP of the treatment group before treatment was 95.39± 65.63(mg/L),and the mean CRP after treatment was 12.83 ± 17.63(mg/L);The mean CRP of the control group before treatment was 96.56 ± 63.64(mg/L),and the mean CRP after treatment was 24.13 ± 21.76(mg/L);Wilcoxon rank sum test analysis showed that P=0.007<0.01,therefor the mean CRP of the treatment group and the control group was significantly different.The mean PCT before treatment in the treatment group was 2.76±5.38(ug/L),and the mean PCT after treatment was 0.34±1.07(ug/L);The mean PCT of the control group before treatment was 2.86 ± 6.83(ug/L),and the mean PCT after treatment was 0.52±0.68(ug/L);Wilcoxon rank sum test analysis showed that P=0.121>0.05,therefor there was no statistical difference in PCT between the treatment group and the control group.In summary,it shows that Shengjiang has therapeutically effects on symptoms and signs,blood signs,and inflammatory indexes in patients with Expathic High fever(community-acquired pneumonia).ConclusionIn this research,the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of immediate antipyretic,antipyretic,and clinical efficacy(symptoms,blood signs,and inflammatory factors).In terms of the efficacy of TCM symptoms,the treatment group and the control group had a P>0.05 after examination,however,the cure rate was significantly better than that of the control group.This study shows that the Shengjiang powder can alleviate the infection symptoms and improve hemorheology;it has a positive significance for shortening the disease course,improving prognosis and reducing complications,and is worthy of clinical application. |
