Clinical Observation Of Magnetic Round Plum Needle Combined With Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of magnetic round plum needle with acupuncture to treat lumbar disc herniation.Methods: from January 2019 to December2019,60 patients with lumbar disc herniation who met the inclusion criteria in the acupuncture wards of the Cangfanggou Branch of the Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were randomly divided into two groups: 30 patients in the experimental group(magnetic round plum needle acupuncture combined with acupuncture treatment)and 30 patients in the control group(ordinary acupuncture treatment).The VAS and JOA scores before and after treatment were observed and the overall efficacy was evaluated.Results: After the treatment,the VAS scores of the experimental group and the control group were significantly different after the treatment(P <0.05).There was a significant difference in JOA score between the two groups after the treatment(P <0.05);The total effective rate was 93.33% in the experimental group and80.00% in the control group.Conclusion: the clinical effect of magnetic round plum needle acupuncture combined with acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation indicates that both groups have certain effect in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.The effect of the experimental group on improving pain symptoms was more obvious.
