Magnetic Round-Acupuncture And Plum Blossom Acupuncture Combined With Acupuncture For Post-Stroke Depression Clinical Observation

Objective: By observing magnetic round plum needles,acupuncturing Du Meridians and bilateral Jiaji points,Meixi acupuncture at the top of Du Meridian,full bladder bladder and foot Shaoyang gallbladder at each passing line plus common milli-acupuncture for post-stroke depression Clinical curative effect,and preliminary explore its possible mechanism of action.Methods: Sixty patients with post-stroke depression who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Under the premise of receiving basic treatment,the two groups used magnetic round plum needles,plum blossom acupuncture and common acupuncture.The control group was treated with common acupuncture.Both groups of depressed patients were treated once a day,6 times a week.Both groups of patients were assessed for their degree of depression before and after treatment using the Hamilton Depression Scale,their activity of daily living was assessed using the Barthel index,and blood serotonin levels were determined by blood sampling,analyzed and discussed,and statistically analyzed for efficacy.Results:After treatment,the total HAMD scores of depression scales were lower than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the barthel scores of both groups were higher than before,and the treatment group was more obvious than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.001<0.05).After treatment in both groups,plasma serotonin values in the two groups were higher than before treatment.After comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001<0.05).Conclusion: Magnetic round mussels acupuncture Du Mai,bilateral Jiaji points,plum needle acupuncture at the head of the Governor Vessel,foot bladder and foot Shaoyang gallbladder through the various lines and common acupuncture,stabbed site is mainly in the stroke The lesion side.This method has obvious therapeutic effect on post-stroke depression,can improve the degree of depression of patients,improve their daily life ability,and increase the content of serotonin in the plasma of patients;this method is not only safe,but also more easily accepted by patients.Other toxic and side effects and adverse reactions have higher clinical application value.The mechanism of action may be related to the ability to regulate the plasma serotonin content,etc.,and further study andresearch are needed.
