Clinical Observation Of Electroacupuncture With Different Waveforms For Tinnitus Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of sparse-dense wave and sparse,dense continuous wave electroacupuncture on tinnitus of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,and to provide clinical basis for optimizing electroacupuncture treatment scheme.Methods: Sixty tinnitus patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into ordinary acupuncture+sparse wave treatment group,ordinary acupuncture+dense wave treatment group and ordinary acupuncture+sparse-dense wave treatment group,with 20 cases in each group.Ordinary acupuncture+sparse wave treatment group set continuous wave with a frequency of 2Hz,ordinary acupuncture+dense wave treatment group set continuous wave with a frequency of 50 Hz,ordinary acupuncture+sparse-dense wave treatment group set sparse-dense wave with a frequency of 2Hz/50Hz(Alternating for 1.5s),needle retention for 30 min,once a day,5 days as a course of treatment,rest for 1 day after each course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.Before and after the intervention,the patients were evaluated by tinnitus severity score,HAMA score and pure tone audiometry,the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results: Finally,58 patients completed two courses of treatment.The tinnitus severity score,HAMA and PTA of the three groups of patients after treatment were statistically significant compared with those before treatment(all P<0.05).After treatment,the difference of tinnitus severity score and HAMA score in the ordinary acupuncture+sparse-dense wave treatment group was statistically significant compared with the ordinary acupuncture+sparse wave treatment group and the ordinary acupuncture+dense wave treatment group(all P<0.05).The difference of HAMA score between the ordinary acupuncture+dense wave treatment group and the ordinary acupuncture+sparse wave treatment group is statistically significant(P<0.05).There is no significant difference in PTA among the three groups(P>0.05).The effective rate of the ordinary acupuncture+sparse-dense wave treatment group was 84.21%,the ordinary acupuncture+sparse wave treatment group was 70.00%,the ordinary acupuncture+dense wave treatment group was 73.68%,Rank sum test was performed on the curative effects of the three groups of cases,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the three groups of cases was not statistically significant by chi-square test(P>0.05).Conclusion: Ordinary acupuncture+sparse-dense wave,ordinary acupuncture+sparse,dense continuous wave treatment can effectively reduce tinnitus severity,improve somatic anxiety and mental anxiety of tinnitus patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.The treatment effect of ordinary acupuncture+sparse-dense wave is more obvious.
