The Clinical Research On Using Acupuncture Combined With Needle Manipulation Technique To Treat Kidney Deficiency Blood Stasis Of Tinnitus

Objective:.To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with needle manipulation technique of kidney deficiency and blood stasis of tinnitus.Methods:.Eighty patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly allocated to four treatment groups:conventional acupuncture group,acupuncture combined with needle manipulation technique group and acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture group and acupuncture combined with needle manipulation plus electroacupuncture group,20 cases each.After two courses of treatment(ten times).To observed the clinical curative signs and effect before and after treatment,and use scores to evaluate the four groups' comprehensive curative effect difference.Results: For groups of patients after treatment,tinnitus severity score was reduced,the treatment efficient compared with the previous increase,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Four groups of patients by comparing the two found that acupuncture combined with needle manipulation technique,acupuncture combined with needle manipulation plus electroacupuncture group can obviously reduce tinnitus in patients with symptoms,severity score,compared with the conventional acupuncture group,the results are statistically significant(P <0.05).Acupuncture combined with needle manipulation technique compared with the acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture group,there was not statistically significant after comparison(P> 0.05).Conclusions: The clinic observe looked at four groups of treatment method for the tinnitus can reducing the tinnitus symptoms of patients,and scores improved,In particular acupuncture combined with needle manipulation technique group and acupuncture combined with needle manipulation plus electroacupuncture group's curative effect more significantly than conventional acupuncture group,signs from acupuncture combined with needle manipulation technique was better than other groups.
