Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jinjin and Yuye point pricking and bloodletting in the treatment of post-stroke aphasia(PSA).Methods: Methods: 57 patients with,discharge standard by the method of random divided into treatment group and control group,28 cases in treatment group: on the basis of the ordinary acupuncture needling to join Jinjin Yuye point bloodletting,control group 29 cases: ordinary acupuncture treatment,the common acupuncture once a day,prick bloodletting,the next day,features every 7 days,a total of 2 cycles;After the treatment,ABC and BDAE were used to observe the difference of treatment effect.Results: After analysis,the effective rate of treatment group was calculated: 75%,control group: 55.17%.Two sets of samples by Chinese aphasia after treatment method(ABC)conversation,retelling,naming and Boston diagnostic aphasia test before the treatment(BDAE)scores have a certain degree of increase,and after a statistical methods to analyze the differences are significant(P < 0.05),due to the understanding of ABC group score before and after treatment in meaningful and score between groups has no statistical significance before and after the treatment,consideration and understanding ability is not significantly impaired motor aphasia itself and the overall status differences of patients before and after treatment.Conclusion:1.Both the Jinjin and Yuye point puncture and bloodletting group and the ordinary acupuncture group were effective for PSA,but the total effective rate of the treatment group was 75%,which was better than 55.17% of the ordinary acupuncture group.2.The improvement of talking,retelling and naming scores in ABC score in Jinjin and Yuye point pricking and bloodletting group was better than that in the ordinary acupuncture group.3.The improvement of BDAE level in Jinjin and Yuye point pricking and bloodletting groups was better than that in the ordinary acupuncture group.
