Purpose:The purpose of this study,through the application of the treatment of tongue acupuncture which includes bloodletting of Jinjin and Yuye and the acupoint of lingual surface to treat patients with anandia after stroke,and the observation of its effect of language ability and clinical efficacy, was to provide a new valuable way for the clinical treatment of aphasia after stroke. Then using the method of medical statistics to compare the efficacy of patients with aphasia after stroke in different courses and focuses,it is targeted and efficient to treat the patients and provide strong basis for treatment of aphasia after stroke in the future.Material and method:All cases in this clinical study were outpatients derived from Department of Neurology, belonging to Affiliated Hospital of University of Liaoning Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2014 to January 2015, who consist with the diagnostic and inclusion criteria of aphasia after stroke, a total of 60 cases. According to the number of random table according to 1:1 divided into Jinjin and Yuye group and bloodletting of the acupoint of lingual surface group, 30 cases in each group. We compare the efficacy of the two groups and use ABC to evaluate language ability of patients. The acupoints of contrast group were Jinjin and Yuye.The acupoints of treatment group were Jinjin,Yuye and acupoints of lingual surface,which include seven acupoints of heart,lung,spleen,kidney and liver. The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Results:1. 1 before treatment, the treatment group and the control group in gender, age, course of disease, ABC score showed no significant difference(P >0.05). The between treatment group and control group with comparable. 2 tongue acupuncture can significantly improve stroke patients with motor aphasia after Q & a narrative, repetition, naming, reading, 5 writing ability(P<0.01), and during the Q & a narrative, repetition, reading, writing 4 jin Yuye plus lingual prick method has better effect than single Jin Yuye bloodletting method(P<0.05). 3 Better within 30 days of the patients the effect of Jin Yuye plus lingual prick method in the treatment of post stroke(P<0.05). 4 jin Yuye plus lingual prick test to better focus motor aphasia in patients with basal ganglia of the therapeutic effect in the treatment of post stroke(P<0.05)?Conclusion:1.Tongue acupuncture for post stroke clinical treatment of patients with Broca aphasia are effective. Gold Jinyu fluid and blood letting and Jin Yuye plus lingual prick test the total effective rate were 86.67% and 73.33%, there are differences between the two effects. Can the aphasia levels in patients with motor aphasia after stroke significantly improve Jin Yuye plus lingual prick test 2 tongue needle, especially to raise question answering ability, reading, writing, narrative retelling etc.. Jin Yuye plus lingual prick test 3 tongue needle in the treatment of stroke patients with motor aphasia after effect within 30 days of the superior to the above 1 months after stroke patients. Jin Yuye plus lingual prick test 4 tongue needle in the treatment of post stroke lesions in the basal ganglia motor aphasia patients treatment effect than the lesions in the parietal lobe, temporal lobe, occipital lobe, frontal lobe patients.
