Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Prehypertensive With Balance Between Yin And Yang

Objective: according to the general principle of Balance between Yin and Yang method and the common clinical syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine can be used on the basis of the daily lifestyle interventions,so as to carry out the clinical research on the treatment of prehypertension.Methods: a total of 50 prehypertensive patients were collected from the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.50 patients were divided into a control group and a treatment group.The control group was given daily lifestyle interventions,and the treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine treatment on this basis,for 2months as a course of treatment.Having observed the changes of TCM syndrome score,symptom attack frequency and blood pressure before and after treatment,the data were analyzed by spss26.0.Results: there was no significant difference in age,gender and BMI,between the two groups(P > 0.05).In the aspect of TCM syndrome improvement,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05): the improvement rate in the treatment group was 86.95%,and that in the control group was37.50%;In the aspect of symptom improvement,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05):the frequency of vertigo and headache attack in the treatment group decreased,compared with the pretherapy.In the aspect of blood pressure improvement,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05):The effective rate of SBP in the treatment group was 65.27%,the effective rate of DBP was 73.91%,the effective rate of SBP in the control group was 25%,and the effective rate of DBP was 33%.Conclusion: under the general principle of balance between Yin and Yang treatment and with the routine intervention and the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,there has been a significant effect on the patients,with the improvement of TCM syndromes,clinical symptoms,blood pressure,and so on.It hashigh clinical safety.Therefore,traditional Chinese medicine treatment of prehypertension patients is effective,safe and reliable,which is worth further in-depth study.
