| Objective:To investigate the tutor balance kidney yin for treatment of early stage (Peri menopausal period) perimenopausal syndrome (PMS) medication experience and observe its clinical curative effect, in order to provide an objective basis for early stage prevention and treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:Collecting 88 cases of patients with menopausal syndrome in accordance with the diagnosis and inclusion criteria, all of them are given the balance of kidney yin and Yang of traditional Chinese medicine oral with 3 courses of treatment. Before and after the treatment, respectively monitoring the serum levels of follicle stimulation hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2) level, record the modified Kupperman score and TCM syndrome score. Determine the efficacy, and analysis of the correlation between age, course of disease and curative effect with the method of self before and after control.Results:(1) Observed in 88 patients, according to the improved Kupperman curative effect judgment standard:28 cases were cured (31.82%),54 cases had significant effect (61.36%),6 cases (6.82%) were effective,0 cases were invalid, the total cure rate and significant efficiency rate reached 93.18%. according to the TCM syndrome score show:31 cases were cured (35.23%),56 cases had significant effect (63.63%),1 cases (1.14%) were effective,0 cases were invalid, the total cure rate and significant efficiency rate reached 98.86%.(2) Before and after treatment in patients with the modified Kupperman score, TCM syndromes by statistical analysis of P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, indicating that balance the kidney yin and Yang method can significantly improve the patient’s clinical symptoms, reduce patient discomfort.(3) The levels of serum FSH, LH and E2 through statistical analysis of P< 0.05, before and after treatment, the difference has statistical significance, show that with the treatment of balancing the kidney yin and Yang can make the patient’s serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) levels decreased and estradiol (E2) level increased significantly.(4) There was no correlation between the age, course of disease, the severity of the disease and the effect of the dosage form and the curative effect (P> 0.05).(5) Through the analysis of before and after treatment in patients with pelvic mass in the abdomen situation, it can be found that kidney yin and yang balance method does not increase the risks associated with pelvic mass in the abdomen. After the treatment, blood routine, coagulation routine, liver and kidney function tests for all patients were no abnormal. No adverse drug reactions were observed in all patients during the observation period.Indicating that equilibrium kidney yin and Yang method is safe to use in clinical. Conclusions:In summary, balance the kidney yin and Yang method in the treatment of peri menopausal PMS can significantly improve the patient’s clinical symptoms and serum-associated hormone levels, and does not increase risks associated with pelvic mass in the abdomen. It also did not appear associated with drug adverse reaction.Indicating that balance the kidney yin and Yang method is safe and effective in clinical use. |
