Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine hot pack and massage therapy in the treatment of retrograde muscle fasciitis,and to provide reference for the development of clinical treatment plan for the back muscle fasciitis.Methods A total of 153 patients with orthodontic fasciitis admitted to the Department of Orthopaedics,Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled in the study.The patients were divided into the control group and the control group according to the random number table.Group,51 cases each.The control group 1 was treated with traditional Chinese medicine hot sputum,the control group 2 was treated with massage therapy,and the research group was treated with massage method + traditional Chinese medicine hot sputum.Among them,49 cases in the control group 1 were completed,50 cases in the control group 2 and the research group.Complete the study.By comparing the clinical symptoms and signs scores(pain VAS score,tenderness score,neck disability index NDI score),limb mobility(ROM value),clinical efficacy,adverse reaction occurrence,and three-month recurrence rate of the three groups of patients,comprehensive evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine enthusiasm The treatment effect of the bag combined with the massage method.Results(1)Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS,tenderness and NDI scores between the three groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS,tenderness and NDI scores of the three groups were significantly lower(P<0.05).However,the VAS,tenderness and NDI scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group and the control group 2,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the control group and the control group 2(P>0.05).(2)Before treatment,there was no significant difference in ROM value between the three groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the ROM values of the three groups were significantly lower(P<0.05),but the ROM value of the study group was significantly lower than that of the study group.There was significant difference between the control group and the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the control group and the control group(P>0.05).(3)The total effective rate of the study group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 1(71.43%)and the control group 2(76.00%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The control group and the control group 2 The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(4)During the treatment period,no adverse reactions occurred in the control group 2,and 1 patient in the control group and the research group had redness and swelling in the hot compress area.After the treatment,the self-improvement was performed.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the three groups.(P>0.05).(5)The recurrence rate(0.00%)of the study group was lower than that of the control group 1(8.16%)and the control group 2(8.00%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference between the control group and the control group.Statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine hot pack and massage therapy have obvious advantages in the treatment of back muscle fasciitis.It can relieve pain,tenderness and dysfunction,optimize the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs,improve the function and clinical efficacy,and ensure the safety and long-term treatment.The effects,effects and safety can be guaranteed and have a promotion value.
