Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Acute Allergic Dermatitis (Facial) With Burdock Jiefangfang Decoction And Huanglian Decoction

Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy of burdock custard decoction in treating acute allergic dermatitis(facial),it provides theoretical basis and effective method for the treatment of syndrome differentiation.Methods: Fifty-four patients with acute allergic dermatitis on the face were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with Burdock Jieji Decoction and Coptis Root Ointment.The control group was treated with Diloratadine Citrate Tablets on the basis of the treatment group.Two groups were treated with 2 weeks as a course of treatment.Symptom scores of the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was counted.Results:In the treatment group,23 cases were effective,3 cases were markedly effective and 1 case was ineffective.In the control group,24 cases were effective,3 cases were markedly effective and 0 cases were ineffective.Conclusion: There is no significant difference in the therapeutic effect between the modified formula of Arctium lappa Jieji Decoction and Huanglian ointment in the treatment of acute allergic dermatitis(facial)and the modified oral formula of Arctium lappa Jieji Decoction and the oral effect of Huanglian ointment combined with desloratadine citrate.Simple traditional Chinese medicine treatment of this disease can also achieve a more satisfactory clinical effect.
