Objective:The relationship between coagulation index and thrombosis, clinical stages, pathologic grades with ovarian cancer patients. Methods:Through a retrospective study collected 50 cases of benign ovarian tumor patients,57 cases ovarian cancer patients(including 28 cases of stage I-II ovarian cancer patients and 29 cases of stage III-IV).52 cases of healthy female APTT?TT?PT?FIB?D-dimer level,to analyze the differences of coagulation indexes between benign and malignant patients, different clinical stages, and between different degrees of differentiation of ovarian cancer patients. Results:FIB and D-dimer in patients with ovarian carcinoma higher than that of heathy subject and patients with benign ovarian tumor(P<0.001),APTT levels lower than that of heathy subject and patients with benign ovarian tumor(P<0.01),TT and PT levels between the three groups but no significant difference(P>0.05);FIB?D-dimer and PT in patient with stage III-IV ovarian cancer was higher than that in patient with ovarian cancer of I-II stage(P?0.001)was statistically significant,TT was lower than that in patient with ovarian cancer of I-II stage(P<0.01),APTT levels between the two groups no significant difference(P>0.05);FIB ? D-dimer and PT in patient with poor histological differentiation(G3)ovarian cancer was higher than that in patient with ovarian cancer of moderate differentiation and well differentiation(G1,G2)(P<0.05),TT levels was lower than that in patient with ovarian cancer of moderate differentiation and well differetiation(G2,G3)(P<0.05).APTT levels between the two groups but no significantdifference(P>0.05);APTT,PT,TT,FIB and D-dimer levels between ovarian cancer patients with the youth group and over than 45 years old group;APTT,PT,TT,FIB and D-dimer levels between health group and benign ovarian tumor group but no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ovarian cancer plasma fibrinogen and D-dimer higher than two non cancer groups patients, along with the higher malignancy and the lower defferentiation of ovarian cancer, the more obvious the increase of fibrinogen and D-dimer,all belong to a hypercoagulable state.Managing patients coagulation function will reduce the incidence of venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism in patients with ovarian cancer, and it will provide experimental evidence for improving the therapeutic effect and long-term prognosis effect of patients with ovarian cancer.
