Background and Objectives: To explore the correlation of combined inflammation indexes(NLR,F-NLR,FAR)and coagulation indexes(D-dimer,APTT,PT,TT)and clinicopathological characteristics of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer,in order to guide clinical practice.Materials and Methods: The clinical data of 102 patients newly diagnosed with epithelial ovarian cancer in The First Hospital of Lanzhou University from January 1,2017 to January 1,2022 were retrospectively collected as the study group,and the clinical data of 109 patients pathologically diagnosed with benign ovarian tumor after primary diagnosis in our hospital were collected as the control group.Collect the general clinical data and examination results of patients,and compare whether there is statistical difference between the two groups.The epithelial ovarian cancer group was grouped according to different study indicators.Spearman correlation analysis was carried out for meaningful indicators.The diagnostic accuracy of meaningful indicators was obtained by ROC curve analysis.Chi-square test was used to analyze the differences between significant indicators and different clinical features of epithelial ovarian cancer.Result: 1.The age,BMI,N,FIB,NLR,FAR,D-dimer,PT,CA125 and HE4 of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer were higher than those of the control group,while L,albumin,APTT and TT were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).2.There were differences in FAR,D-dimer and APTT between FIGO stages,and correlation analysis suggested that the later the stage,the higher the D-dimer value,the lower the APTT value;F-NLR and D-dimer were different among tissue differentiation,and the worse the differentiation was,the higher the D-dimer was;F-NLR,NLR and FAR were different among different pathological types,but the correlation was not significant.NLR,FAR and D-dimer were different among groups of lymph node metastasis,and D-dimer was higher in patients with metastasis.3.AUC of NLR,D-dimer,FAR,CA125 and HE4 in diagnosis of EOC were 0.741,0.912,0.822,0.939 and 0.944,respectively.AUC corresponding to NLR,D-dimer,FAR combined with CA125 and HE4 were 0.962,0.970 and 0.963,respectively.The AUC corresponding to the combined diagnosis of all indicators is 0.970,indicating that the combined diagnosis has high diagnostic value.Conclusion: Preoperative D-dimer,APTT,NLR and FAR are closely related to the stage,pathological type and lymph node metastasis of epithelial ovarian cancer,which can be used as a reference for preoperative operation-pathological staging of epithelial ovarian cancer patients and provide diagnosis and treatment basis for patients.NLR,FAR,D-dimer combined with CA125 and HE4 can improve the sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis.
