Changes Of Blood Coagulation Function And Its Clinical Significance In Uygur Cervical Cancer Atients

Objective: The relationship between coagulation index and thrombosis,staging,metastasis and prognosis in Xinjiang Uygur women with cervical cancer.Methods:Through a retrospective study collected 58 cases of Uygur patients with chronic cervicitis,112 cervical cancer patients(including 49 cases of patients with cervical cancer,63 cases of stage I-II cervical cancer patients with stage III-IV),59 cases of Uygur healthy female partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),prothrombin time(PT),fiber fibrinogen(FIB),D-dimer level,analysis of differences between benign and malignant patients and between different stages of Uigur cervical cancer coagulation index.Results:FIB and D-dimer in patients with cervical carcinoma in Uigur women two dimer level higher than that of healthy subjects and patients with chronic cervicitis(P < 0.01),APTT,TT and PT levels between the three but no significant difference(P > 0.05);FIB and D-dimer in patients with stage III-IV cervical cancer in Uygur was higher than that in patients with cervical level carcinoma of I-II stage(P < 0.05)was statistically significant.Conclusion:Xinjiang Uygur cervical cancer patients with plasma fibrinogen and D-dimer with two non tumor patients increased,and cervical cancer patients with higher level of malignant Qisheng more obvious,all belong to a hypercoagulable state,for the prevention of thrombosis in patients with cervical cancer and bleeding,reduce venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism,reduce the malignant tumor cell invasion and transfer and improve the therapeutic effect and prognosis effect of patients with cervical cancer provide guidance.
