Short-term Cl Inical Observation Of Zishen Gusui Decoction Combined With MFOLFOX6 Chemotherapeutic Regimen Affects The Mid-term Colorectal Cancer After Operation

Objective:From weight,TCM syndrome,Karnofsky score and CD4+?CD8+ to investigate comprehensively the short-term clinical efficacy of Zishen Gusui Decoction combined with mFOLFOX6 chemotherapeutic regimen affects the mid-term colorectal cancer after operation.Evaluate the safety of Zishen Gusui Decoction.Methods:From September 2017 to June 2019,mid-term colorectal cancer who were hospitalized in Hainan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Hainan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine)affiliated to Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into chinese and western medicine group(therapy group)with 68 cases and western medicine group(control group)with 68 cases.Finally,the patients completed the study there were 66 cases in the treatment group and 65 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with Zishen Gusui Decoction combined with mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy regimen,while the control group was treated with mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy regimen alone.Weight changes were used to assess the weight of patients.The weight changes were evaluated before treatment,2 periods after treatment.The improvement of TCM syndromes was assessed by TCM syndrome score.The TCM syndromes were evaluated before treatment,2 periods after treatment.Computing and Evaluating the efficacy of TCM Syndrome.The physical and behavioral status of patients was assessed by Karnofsky score.The TCM Karnofsky score were evaluated before treatment,2 periods after treatment.The immune function of patients was assessed by CD4+,CD8+.The CD4+,CD8+ were evaluated before treatment,2 periods after treatment.Results:There was no significant difference in age,sex,duration of disease and location of disease between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.Comparison of weight changes between two groups before treatment,there was no significant difference in two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.The weight changes of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 2 periods after treatment between two gruops(P<0.05).Compare 2 periods after treatment with before treatment there was no significant difference in TCM syndromes score in treatment group(P>0.05),and there was significant difference in control group(P<0.05).Comparison of TCM syndromes between two groups before treatment,there was no significant difference in two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.The TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 2 periods after treatment between two gruops(P<0.01).Compare 2 periods after treatment with before treatment there was significant difference in TCM syndromes score in each group(P<0.01).There was significant difference in the efficacy of TCM syndromes between the two groups(P<0.01).Comparison of Karnofsky score between two groups before treatment,there was no significant difference in two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.The Karnofsky score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 2 periods after treatment between two gruops(P<0.01).Compare 2 periods after treatment with before treatment there was significant difference in Karnofsky score in each group(P<0.01).Comparison of CD4+?CD8+between two groups before treatment,there was no significant difference in two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.The CD4+?CD8+of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 2 periods after treatment between two gruops(P<0.01).Compare 2 periods after treatment with before treatment there was significant difference in CD4+.CD8+in two group(P<0.01).Conclusion:There are satisfied TCM syndromes and clinical symptoms in Zishen Gusui Decoction combined with mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy regimen in the treatment of patients with middle-term colorectal cancer after operation,and the safety is good.
