Clinical Observation Of The Side Effects Of Chemotherapy Treatment Method Jianpiyishenfang Advanced Colorectal Cancer Prevention And Treatment

Object:To observe the prevention and cure function of Chinese medicine by the method of "strengthen the spleen and reinforce the kidney" for colorectal cancer patients in advanced stage with mFOLFOX6scheme chemotherapy.Methods:We gathered41colorectal cancer patients in advanced stage(pathological staging â…¢-â…£)from China-Japan Friendship Hospital of oncology, divided them into control group(20cases) and treatment group (21cases) in random.The control group were given mFOLFOX6scheme(L-OHP85mg/m2ivgtt2h day1+LV400mg/m2ivgtt2h dayl+5-FU400mg/m2iv day1+5-FU2.4g/m2civ46h) only for2cycles while the treatment group were given Chinese medicine as well as mFOLFOX6scheme for2cycles. Compare the two group in the quality of life by FACT-C rating scale, KPS score, symptom integral and immune index test results, degree of side effects caused by chemotherapy according to the NCI toxicity classification standard and count out the difference in the upper aspects between the groups.Results:The treatment group has significantly better effect on improving the quality of life and symptom improvement compared with the control group (P<0.05),The treatment group displayed more effective in alleviating the side effects such as the incidence of leukocyte and neutropenia decline and nausea and vomiting (P<0.05).Conclusion: Taking Chinese medicine by the method of "strengthen the spleen and reinforce the kidney" during chemotherapy for the colorectal cancer patients in advanced stage with mFOLFOX6scheme chemotherapy can improve the quality of life and the clinical symptoms,reduce the incidence of leukocyte and neutropenia decline and nausea and vomiting.
