Objective: Ectopic pregnancy,is one of the common gynecologic acute abdomens in severe cases can endanger the lives of patients,it also can harm reproductive function of female patients. It has been reported that the incidence of ectopic pregnancy was increased in recent years, mainly due to the increased risk factors for ectopic pregnancy,at the same time, found that the incidence of ectopic pregnancy in different countries are also different, indicating that different races and different lifestyles may affect the occurrence of ectopic pregnancy. As time changes, risk factors will change. Therefore, through the study to find out the risk factors of ectopic pregnancy in order to put forward practical intervention measures to make scientific theoretical basis to reduce the incidence of ectopic pregnancy and the physical and psychological harm caused by ectopic pregnancy. Methods: The data of 207 patients with ectopic pregnancy who were treated in Affiliated Hospital of Tai'an Medical College from June 2014 to June 2016 were collected, the middle age was 33 years old(from 19 to 45).Among them, including 191 cases of tubal pregnancy, ovarian pregnancy in 11 cases, cesarean scar pregnancy in 5 cases.Selected 200 cases of early uterine pregnancy women hospitalized for the same period as the control group, the age range was 17-46 years, with a middle age of 30 years,to conduct the retrospective analysis of study. The data were analyzed by SPSS 17 software,We use the mean, standard deviation and t test to represent the measured data such as age was perfomed. The chi-square test was used to judge the correlation between the data we collected, such as level of education, smoking history, menstrual disorders, history of pelvic inflammatory disease, previous ectopic pregnancy, history of infertility, history of lower abdominal surgery, number of sexual partners. For the single factor analysis, the items of statistical significance were analyzed by multi factor non conditional Logistic regression analysis, with P < 0.05 for statistical significance. Results: 1.Univariate analysis showed the following seven indicators: pelvic inflammatory disease history, previous ectopic pregnancy, infertility history, lower abdominal surgery history, the number of sexual partners, age grouping, level of education(P<0.05),are related to the ectopic pregnancy. But history of menstrual disorders, smoking history(P>0.05),indicating that these two factors did not increase the incidence of ectopic pregnancy.2.(1)Multivariate logistic regression analysis of ectopic pregnancy found that the history of pelvic inflammatory disease, previous ectopic pregnancy, infertility history, lower abdominal surgery history, the number of sexual partners(P<0.05),statistically significant,is the main ectopic pregnancy of the risk factors.(2)Independent risk factors for the incidence of ectopic pregnancy in descending order are:history of pelvic inflammatory disease(OR=29.992),ectopic pregnancy(OR=16.932),history of infertility(OR=11.362),history of lower abdominal surgery(OR=9.684),the number of sexual partners(OR=2.043).Conclusion:The occurrence of ectopic pregnancy is the result of multiple factors, and the history of pelvic inflammatory disease, previous ectopic pregnancy, history of infertility, history of lower abdominal surgery, multiple sex partners are independent risk factors among these factors for ectopic pregnancy. So we must correctly understand and attach importance to these risk factors. For the possible causes of ectopic pregnancy we should do some practical and effective intervention to reduce the risk of exposure in the ectopic pregnancy risk factors to reduce the incidence of ectopic pregnancy.
