Objective1.The investigation and analysis Tai an City university students’ reproductive health knowledge,attitude,behavior and contraception services demand present situation,in order to understand the current college students’ reproductive health level,for follow-up for effective interventions to provide comprehensive,detailed information and favorable theoretical basis.2.Through developing college students’ reproductive health interventions on the basis of action research practice,constantly summarize and improve college students’ reproductive health intervention and comprehensive evaluation of its effect,the new methods to study the effectiveness of action research and scientific practice accumulation,and also for the next phase of exploration for Chinese college students reproductive health services index evaluation system provides the basis.Methods1.Literature researchUsing the rich library,China know net,a database of ten thousand,Pubmed and Google search network to collect information,refer to a lot of knowledge about reproductive health,the action research theory,provide theoretical basis and research basis for this study.2.The former studiesUsing the method of questionnaire survey,from May 2015 to October 2015,1538 college students of five universities in general demographic data,reproductive health knowledge,attitude,behavior and contraceptive service demand and utilization situation of investigation and study,is based on the research of the intervention,determine the direction and the research questions.3.Action researchBased on the Kurt Lewin’s circulation model theory of action research,and join the nursing research experts Waterman,action research process can be divided into establishing the research question,planning,data collection and analysis,operation and evaluation of five aspects,and strictly abide by the action research in the action research spiral circulation mode,pay attention to the action of the data collection and summary,the final comprehensive evaluation using the method of qualitative and quantitative research intervention effect,and further put forward the improvement plan for the implementation of the intervention plans next.4.The focus group interview methodAction research intervention practice after the end of the focus group interview is adopted to study the qualitative research interview activity.Focus group interviews are interviewee put more than the interviewee together to form groups,at the same time an interview method to interview.It is a more applied to explore,and in the interview,the general using semi-structured interview way help to grasp the key.Using the focus group interview,this study uses the purpose sampling method,selection of eight participants were interviewed and collect related information.Results1.College students’ reproductive health questionnaire survey(1)General condition a total of 1600 college students to participate in the study is to investigate questionnaire,including effective questionnaire 1538,effective rate was 96%.Boys are account for 601(39.01%)and women 937(60.99%).Age 20~22 account for715(46.5%),23~25 account for 681(44.3%),above of 25 years old account for 142(9.2%).there are 521(34%)city students,and there are 1017(66%)rural students,Medical students account for 729(47.4%),agronomy class students of science and technology account for 356(23.1%),literature and history students account for 453(29.5%).(2)Different gender college students’ reproductive health knowledge to master degree is low.College students on the lower level of reproductive health knowledge.Accuracy is lower for reproductive health knowledge to answer topic mainly pill(372,24.19%),the side effects of male reproductive organs inside(394,25.62%)and the characteristics of menstruation(571,37.13%).The menstrual characteristics and two topic(P>0.05),the side effects of the pill,the boy and the girl got no statistical significance.(3)Different gender college students’ cognitive situation of reproductive health98.83%(1520 people)of college students think they need to learn about sex knowledge,think oneself is necessary to know the contraceptive knowledge and against "sex education will lead to more sexual",both the proportion were 88.3%(1358 people)and 76.79%(1181 people).Think "virginity" is important for both men and women accounted for10.53%(162 people)and P>0.05).The students who against premarital sex only accounted for 27.57%(424 people and P>0.05).(4)The incidence of different gender college students of premarital sex and contraception tools usage1538 undergraduate students admitted had premarital sex,there are 214(13.91%),boys,there are 137(8.9%)and 77 women(5.00%)and P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.In all the students had premarital sex,sex contraception measures in 80(37.38%),the boys have 43(31.39%),girls have 37(48.05%).In terms of sex of contraceptive use,there are 27(12.62%)students choose to use a condom,boys have 15(10.95%),girls have 12(15.58%).2.Action research intervention results(1)Intervention object generally,98 boys in 218 subjects(44.95%)and 120 women(55.05%).Age 20 to 22 account for 56.42%,23 to 25 account for 33.50%,above of 25 years old of account for 10.9%.There are 87(39.91%)of the city students,there are 129 rural students(59.17%).(2)After the intervention to improve college students’ reproductive health knowledge level.The side effects of the pill one correct answer only 39.45%(86 people)before intervention,intervention practice improved accuracy reached 70.64%(154 people)and P< 0.05 illustrates showed the difference of the correct answer is before and after the intervention was statistically significant,difference reached significant level.Suitable for college students of contraceptive methods right answers a question from 30.73% before intervention practice(67)increased to 62.39% after intervention practice(136 people).(3)After the intervention in college students’ reproductive health cognition attitude change.Only 20.64% before intervention(45)after the intervention of college students against this behavior,college students on premarital sex behavior against rate significantly increase 68.35%(149 people)and P < 0.05;Against "sex education will lead to more sexual behavior" rate from 31.19% before intervention practice(68 people)to 77.52%(169people and P < 0.05).(4)After the intervention to reduce incidence of sex,birth control tools to improve utilization rate.218 undergraduate students admitted that happened before and after the intervention of premarital sex has 24(11.01%)and 19(8.72%)before the intervention,and after the intervention has five(2.29%),P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Premarital sex occurs before intervention using contraception of 17(7.80%),and after the intervention has five(2.29%),P < 0.05 difference was statistically significant.In sex used contraceptive use,only 14 before intervention(6.42%)students choose to use a condom,after intervention admits sex 5 students embrace the use of condoms for contraceptives,and P < 0.05 difference was statistically significant.Conclusion(1)Based on the research of the college students’ reproductive health intervention practice,the college students’ reproductive health related knowledge level is improved,(2)Based on the research of the college students’ reproductive health intervention practice,the college students’ reproductive health attitude significantly improved,especially on sensitive issues such as premarital sex attitude changed obviously,action research intervention practice activities to achieve the ideal effect.(3)Action research for college students’ reproductive health intervention based on practice,the university significantly lower incidence of sex,sex also improved the utilization rate of contraceptives and able to choose the right contraceptive methods.This change proved beneficial action research intervention practice has achieved good results.(4)College students’ reproductive health and contraception services demand is bigger,social school have yet to be satisfied.In addition,college students significantly improve reproductive health education evaluation,and based on the research of the college students’ reproductive health intervention practice effect is remarkable.
