Objective:Understanding of diabetic foot patients quality of life and their main caregivers disease uncertainty in the status quo,to explore the correlation between the two,and the DF primary caregivers for health care information support, discuss to intervene after the primary caregivers of disease uncertainty impact on patients quality of life.Aimed at from the perspective of caregivers for clinicians to make more scientific comprehensive nursing intervention program, provides the theoretical basis to improve the patients quality of life. Methods:Using the convenience sampling method,a 3 armour hospital in jinan in 180 cases of diabetic foot patients and 180 cases of primary caregivers,a total of 360 cases, using self-made patients and caregivers general information questionnaire,Chinese families of disease uncertainty scale(MUIS-FM),? with type 1 diabetes quality of life rating scale(DMQLS)questionnaire. Will 180 DF patients and 180 cases of primary caregivers in hospital time order were randomly divided into control group and intervention group and control group including 90 cases of DF patients and 90 cases of DF main caregivers, intervention group including 90 cases of DF patients and 90 cases of DF primary caregivers. In the two groups before and after the intervention respectively measure the main caregivers of uncertainty and the survival of patients with diabetic foot disease quality level.Using SPSS20.0 statistical package to collect data for statistical analysis.Result:1.This study included 360 patients with diabetic foot and their main caregivers.Out 380 questionnaires, the recovery of 360 questionnaires,360 valid questionnaires, recovery rate was 94.73%,effective rate 94.73%.2.180 patients with diabetic foot were the main caregivers disease uncertainty must divided into(82.80-9.623)points,its each dimension score and total score were greater than the maximum of 50%(75 points).3.180 patients with diabetic foot patients quality of life must divided into(111.64±16.461)points,including the dimension scores from high to low respectively disease dimension(29.30±5.822)points,physical dimension(27.49±5.706),psychological dimension(25.22±4.655),satisfaction dimensions(16.82±2.714),social dimension(12.81±3.034).4.Pearson correlation analysis showed that patients with diabetic foot main caregivers sense of uncertainty in illness and quality of life of patients with diseases dimension, physical dimensions, psychological dimension, social dimension and survival quality evaluation scores were positively correlated(r = 0.353 ~ 0.679),and have significant statistical significance(P < 0.05);5.Multiple linear regression analysis results showed that patients with diabetes foot Wagner grade, age, family income, number of complications, patients life self-care ability, the main caregivers day to take care of the time and the disease uncertainty levels for the influence factors of DF patients quality of life scores, common explains DF patients survival quality level and 70.4% of total variation.6.Intervention in the first two group of major general equilibrium data of caregivers, there was no statistically significant difference(p > 0.05),DF main caregivers the disease uncertainty and the total score of each dimension score difference has no statistical significance(p > 0.05),two groups of comparable.7.Intervention after 3 months, the control group and intervention group main caregivers DF the disease uncertainty and the total score of each dimension score were statistically significant(p < 0.05).8.Intervention after 3 months, the control group and intervention group of diabetic foot patients quality of life and each dimension was statistically significant(p < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Main caregivers of diabetic foot disease uncertainty and the quality of life scores of each dimension in varying degrees of positive correlation, suggests that the disease uncertainty level of the families of patients quality of life has a different degree of negative influence all aspects.2.The influence factors of quality of life for patients with diabetic foot: diabetic foot Wagner grading, patients' age, family income, and number of complications, patients life self-care ability, the main caregivers day to take care of the time and the disease uncertainty level seven influencing factors.3.Health care information support intervention can effectively reduce the primary caregivers of diabetic foot patients disease uncertainty.4.Reduce the main caregivers of diabetic foot disease uncertainty can improve patients' quality of life.
