| ObjectiveInvestigate the metabolic diseases of patients with psoriasis vulgaris, and to analyze the related influencing factors,to provide a theoretical basis for psoriasis with metabolic diseases and clinical medication.MethodsAccording to the diagnostic criteria of psoriasis vulgaris in the first edition of Chinese Clinical Dermatology,236 patients with psoriasis vulgaris hospitalized in our department from September 2016 to September 2018 and 314 controls without psoriasis history and family history were collected.General information, personal history and current medical history were recorded, physical examination was carried out, body mass index was calculated, and blood routine, blood lipid, fasting blood sugar or Oral glucose tolerance test were measured.Understand the complications of obesity, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, diabetes mellitus and metabolic syndrome.SPSS statistical software was used to analyze the composition ratio of merged and non-merged metabolic diseases in psoriasis vulgaris group, and the correlation of age, course of disease and sex with merged and non-merged metabolic diseases in psoriasis vulgaris group, and the difference was compared with the control group.Results:236 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were collected, including 141 males(59.7%)and 95 females(40.3%)with an average age of 40.90(±17.29);181 males(57.6%)and 133 females(42.4%)in 314 control groups, with an average age of 40.61(±17.30).In the psoriasis vulgaris group, there were 141 patients with metabolic diseases,of which simple dyslipidemia accounted for the highest proportion(28.5%)and 95 patients without metabolic diseases. The risk factors of metabolic diseases in patients with psoriasis vulgaris were analyzed. It was found that there was a significant relationship between age,sex and metabolic diseases(P<0.05).The older the age,the male sex,the more likely the patients with psoriasis vulgaris were to have metabolic diseases. There was no significant correlation between smoking history, drinking history and course of disease and whether they had metabolic diseases(P>0.05).The hemoglobin values of patients with metabolic diseases in psoriasis vulgaris group were significantly higher than those of patients without metabolic diseases(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the prevalence of metabolic syndrome and metabolic diseases in the psoriasis vulgaris group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of metabolic diseases in patients under 40 years old in the psoriasis vulgaris group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of metabolic syndrome in patients over 40 years old in the psoriasis vulgaris group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The hemoglobin value of patients with psoriasis vulgaris was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in hemoglobin value between patients with psonasis vulgaris combined with metabolic diseases and those without metabolic diseases in control group(P>0.05).ConclusionsPsoriasis vulgaris is mostly associated with metabolic diseases, with simple dyslipidemia accounting for the highest proportion.Age and sex are closely related to metabolic diseases, among which, older age or male patients are more likely to have metabolic diseases.Psoriasis vulgaris patients younger than 40 years old are more likely to sunher from metabolic diseases than non-psoriasis patients.Psoriasis vulgaris patients older than 40 years old are more likely to suffer from metabolic syndrome than non-psoriasis patients. It is suggested that while treating psoriasis vulgaris patients, attention should be paid to their combined metabolic diseases and active treatment should be given. |
